Four-Play Violate (+ DD2 Support)

So i havent installed this update yet because I'm not sure what will be changed exactly and if i did, still not sure how to update so:

 

1. What exactly has changed since the last version of this mod?

 

2. How do i update the mod once i choose to?

 

3. That control panel mod you linked, does it let me choose stuff like what role my character will take in the animations more often or something?

 

4. If for some reason I can't update the mod, does that control panel mod work with the previous version of Violate?

 

5. This new version won't conflict with other mods like Leito's & Crazy's right? Also please tell me the female aggressors still use the dildo properly because that was a big advantage Violate has over their mods.

 

6. Does it add any new animations or is that not possible yet?

1. Added a lot. The mod essentially tripled in functionality. (+ PC Aggressor, Surrender, Dialogues, Ghouls, Synths)

 

2. Just download and install this then load a save. The mod will know if the save is clean or had a previous version of Violate on it, and install/ upgrade accordingly

 

3. Can't choose what role you take in animations (I assume you mean for FF animations). It's hard-coded with the framework, you'll have to ask Doc. It lets you choose things health, cripple criteria for PC victim and aggressor, whether to pick followers, what gender of victims and aggressor, also give you a hotkey for surrender

 

4. No conflict. Everything works as before.

 

5. This does not add any animations.

In the pictures in the update page i've noticed more than one nude around the player (pic 30 for ex), it is the mod who stripped them?

 

No, it's four-play framework and its occasional failure to redress leveled actors.  Works out in an orgy I guess.

I'm getting a CTD any time the 30 health gets triggered. Maybe it's a conflict with the Devious devices or maybe I'm just stupid and did something wrong. I'm more inclined to believe I did something wrong. All the ESPs are there and up-to-date. Not sure, what's causing it.

Try disable Stealing with vin's CP.

 

Did your character get to stage of third-person zoom out, kneel down hands up animation? Did he/she get stripped?

Yeah, she got to the hands up stripped stage before it Crashed. The time before that it kinda froze and I had to crash the process. I'll try turning stealing off right now.

All sounds good and i meant the animations that Violate uses (Guess thats what FF is?) But when you say you can choose the gender of the victims & aggressors, it sounds like i can make my character (the victim) choose female (even tho she already female) so she gets the receiving positions more. Is that what you meant or you meant the aggressors will literally change gender when using an animation?

it will just pick one gender from your the enemies around you instead of both. The other gender will watch and cheer. Won't actually change the enemies' gender.

 

Yeah you can specify aggressors to be female only so that you only have lesbian scenes.

Missing animation files/ animations pointed in the wrong path (most likely Four-Play Framework is still looking for Crazy's animations while you actually use Leito's ones).

 

Four-Play, Four-Lei and Leito Pack all have to be initialised in a save at the same time. You know you did it right if you see "Registering Leito's animations".

Ah alright. I'll re-install Leito's and the Fourplay patch for it, see if that fixes it. I'll just straight up re-download it.

 

Was the CTD part of Devious wasteland incompatibility? Just curious.

The only thing I can imagine of is that DD has some items that are not supposed to be removed, while not marked as quest objects, so Violate doesn't know it cannot be removed and steal it anyways.

 

Otherwise, I can't really think of a good reason why the RemoveAllIItems function would be a performance-intensive one.

For some reason I can't get Leito's to register even using Four Lei. Not sure why. It doesn't show up as an esp/esm so I can't tell. Every time I start it up it doesn't want to register them though. I tried re-installing them. Hrm, I'm going to try a clean Leito save and see if that works. ~.~

Welp, that failed as well. Leito's just doesn't want to load. I tried the four Lei but doesn't seem to want to bridge the gap. Maybe I'll try re-downloading Four Play itself and see if that fixes any issues. But it appears as though Four-Lei just doesn't want to work for me.

extract the Ba2 file from Four-Play and install the main.pex file from Four-Lei over it. Then load a clean save.

Just to clerify, I install Fourplay, then put the main/pex in there after I've removed the BA2? Sorry, I'm a tad confused. Unless you mean extract the contents of the BA2? I've never delved deeper than adding files and deleting them so forgive my ignorance.

After doing some testing, My game freezes about 2/3 of the time when starting a scene. It freezes before my items are stolen. Possible way to alleviate the possible issue is to only let the NPC assailant take everything away slowly like Skyrim's Defeat mod instead of all at once.

 

Disable stealing with Vin's CP. Out of interest, do you have a big inventory? I didn't realize the removeall function is a particularly performance-heavy one (I thought take one item at a time put more stress on the system) - it never froze on me. Maybe it conflicts with an inventory mod. 

This was a new character during testing without any inventory mods. One other issue I've encountered is my follower standing and cheering instead of getting violated along with my character. I enabled the option for her to get violated as well, but she just stands cheering him on; this seems to break something as well as after being violated by a single Gunner near the Nuka World Transit, my character got stuck in an infinite loop of finger-banging herself while the male Gunner and Cait cheered her on. I'll disable item stealing for now until that feature is better optimized. Maybe an option for light theft of just weapons and ammo might soften the load.

You don't need to enable anything for your follower to get violated. It's automatic.

 

This mod does not use any masturbation animations at all. 

 

Did you turn off the race check by any chance?

 

Also, try using the mod in a non-DLC location. I never tried any DLCs, can't test.

 

Also make sure you have the latest Four-Play and Four-Lei. A few versions back, Four-Play didn't support multiple concurrent scenes and they would just get stuck.

A similar issue also happened in Goodneighbor with Cait cheering on a single Triggerman in the alley towards the backside of town where you find three Triggermen and a dead settler. Kill two of the Triggermen with Cait or another female follower with you and let the third Triggerman defeat you and see what happens. By the way, I also have the option set to only allow male violators on my female character. That may be why she started fingering herself instead of getting violated again by the Triggerman. I think that it was trying to select Cait as the next aggressor, but it had an error because of her being female. P.S. I made a link to my Nexus profile that shows my PC specs, I'm sure it wasn't the issue.

No. The violators are always those in combat with you, filtered by allowed races and genders. Cait will never be selected as a violator. She's being selected as a neutral spectator. Was she in bleedout when you get knocked down? 

 

Also try with console, click on Cait:

Are you one-hit killing these guys? Could be possible that it takes the longer to filter your combat targets then you killing them so the guy gets killed after he's been chosen as a okay violator. Then a sex scene tries to be set between you and a dead actor.

 

Are you running a good PC? The fact that the RemoveAllItems function crashes your game (I did some reading, it's not reported to be performance-intensive at all, I never experienced any CTDs or freezes) suggests that there are plenty of performance issues with your setup here. Could take longer than supposed to for the aforementioned filtering.

Combat is much more deadly for all parties involved and could be bugging out the scripts with everyone dying too fast. Thanks for the assistance.

have you tried to set the health percentage higher?

if only 2-3 shots kill the enemy, maybe try to set the limit to activate to 50 - 70% to get it working...

by the way how is that damage mod named? sounds interesting...

hmm now that i try your new version it´s weird ! i´m getting fucked by air, simply nobody around apart from some raiders that watch, whistle and use chems in a disturbingly manner about 10 or 12 shots in a row...

while my char is fucked by an invisible(non existing) guy...
