Got to doing a bit more work on the girl I posted last page, I think I'm sticking with the hair, but I changed her skintone. Also have an alternate hairstyle for her formal outfit.

Some like to use highness sliders for the sims to have a difference in age, but some like to show up their sims with very childish faces and bodies. Take a look at the LL rules and have in mind any underage looking stuff is NOT allowed.
