UPDATE: I'm pushing the release of the next update to tomorrow. Thanks to a lighting-enhancement mod I had installed that just now started to seriously glitch the game (crashing when loading a save and textures glitching), I thought it was related to the Elins. After going taking apart each and every Elin mod searching for the problem, on a hunch I uninstalled the lighting mod and now everything is back to normal.

 

In addition, I've decided to make the two new Elin followers standalone as an option, each with a choice of CBBE or UNP bodies.

Hi, question for Elin race.

 

When using mods such as Lineage 2 accessories or Skyrim accessories often the accessory does not placed properly. Is there a fix?

thanks dude i forgot to add the new DG Elin compatibility patch.

 

now my character look sweet now. can you recommend a mod for helmets? and there's someone converting tera animation to skyrim it'll be awesome if he/she finish it.

Elin Race Update Complete (I hope)

 

-Added 3 new followers and 1 dog companion.

-Added the bunny tails and ram tail to the FACIAL HAIRS slider.

-Included a Helms Fix for the craftable, vanilla helmets (steel helmet, hide helmet, dragonscale helmet, etc.)

-Added a 3rd voice pack which contains npc voices and true dragon shouts (all 3 words); sounds similar to the 'young and eager' voice.

 

Plus previous updates:

- Summon Elin Ring v2

- CBBE Slim Flat skeleton fix

 

Plus all add-ons.

 

Complete main race packs + custom body packs + patches + hair patches + add-ons available under 3 categories:

 

1) Skyrim v1.8 with Dawnguard

2) Skyrim v1.8 Only

3) Skyrim Pre-v1.8

 

Something for everyone!!!

There are no fixes, atm, but I'll be working on one. However, since I have quite a lot of things to do and matters that need attention, I can't say when that fix will be available.

I don't have a particular helmet in mind. There are a few great looking armor sets both here and at Nexus. When I find something I really like, I'll post some screens and links.

 

I can't wait for the new animations.

did you gave xiudou summoner mia a difrent name ?

 

Those were the names when I did the translations. If Mia is the name of the summoner/mage, what is the name of the melee/warrior?

Fantastic job with this mod, it works nearly perfectly for me with no seams/abrupt color differences.

One thing I noticed is that there is no voice for unarmed combat, tried all three voice packages to no avail.

Could it be a compatibility issue or were those voices never implemented?

There are no sounds for unarmed combat. If there are, it did not work for me either. I'll double-check each voice pack.

No new race, just a revision of the Elin race. Just think of the human Elins as distant cousins or something like that.

I have provided a sample from each of the Elin voice packs. Elin Race Soft Voice is in Japanese so I'm unsure if I found the correct voice files for the shout, "Fus-Ro-Dah". Anyway, at least it will give you an idea what she will sound like if you choose the Soft Voice.

Hi I have one problem. When I wanted to change hair elin race. so at any hair I can not read, but it freezes. zybtek me loads without problems. here are the names of hair that freezes my game ...

You could be having problems with the Apachii hairs patches. If your computer is not able to handle both Apachii and the Elin Apachii hair patches then you will have freezing problems. Uninstall both and just try the other hairs. The freezing problem should be gone.

 

I'm not sure what problems you have with the summoned Elin's eyes. Are you saying the eye colors don't match? That is normal. It's the same when using the EYE COLORS slider in Character Creation, the eyes will cycle through matching colors before they start mixing different eye colors.

What version of Skyrim do you have? That is why I made the mods available for different versions of Skyrim with or without Dawnguard. Check the version of your game and download the mods for that version.

skyrim v 1.8

 

Use the mods from "New Elin Race for Skyrim v1.8 Only". Remember I numbered my Mediafire folders in the order of how they are installed.

 

Only install the Main Race Pack and one of the Custom Body/Texure Packs. Wait until you are sure the game is working before installing the extra hairs and add-ons.

last night without any problems loading it with apache hair. But today seemed to me a world sinking beneath

 

Did you install another mod last night? If so, uninstall it and see if that works.
