My apologies, I originally uploaded the main race packs with the Elin Apachii Hairs patches even though I stated I left them out.

 

The Mediafire folders now contains 2 folders containing the main race files:

 

01 - Main Elin Race Pack

01 - Main Elin Race Pack - N.A.P.

 

N.A.P. = No Apachii Patches.

 

If you are unsure whether your computer can handle Apachii hairs + Elin Apachii hairs patch, I suggest installing the 'No Apachii Patches' option.

Completely uninstall the old Elin mods first.

 

Choose (in your situation) the Elin mods for Skyrim v1.8.

 

You will see 2 folders containing the main race pack.

 

01 - Main Elin Race Pack (this contains the patches)

01 - Main Elin Race Pack - N.A.P. (No Apacii Patches; just what it says there are no hair patches included)

 

You will need to download,

 

01 - Main Elin Race Pack - N.A.P.

Sadly this is being very picky and requiring many installs. I think its the "Elin race npc and enemies" That seems to be requiring this extra work

Hello from the eyes that I had vera problem is solved. caused the eyes of the vampires.

the mod to the vampires eyes I downloaded recently skyrimnexus ... and it is

Underworld Dawnguard ... There are retexture those vampires eyes. and those that had resulted elin had such a colorful and strange eyes ... I gave them there. And I found that it caused those eyes ... At least I am glad that I have solved this. I just wanted you tell that the eyes are the solution ... and it's okay. but the hair, you probably will not solve .... It's a shame .. But when I play her and I'm glad that at least has different hair than apache. That's all for now ......

I'm glad the problem with the eyes has been resolved and it just proves that many problems are caused by other mods or conflicts among 2 or more mods. As for the hair problem, you seem to be limited to only 2 choices: leave out Apachii and avoid game freezes or install Apachii and make the game unplayable.

I have read and re-read your comment and I have to ask, are you experiencing problems with the Elin mods, not because it breaks the game, not because it conflicts with another mod, not because you are unable to get it to work...you are having problems with "too many installs"? If so then yes, that is being picky and is sad.

 

Now, if you had politely asked to provide an all-in-one type package(s) then I would have obliged. Nonetheless, I'll upload some new packages later today.

All-in-One Elin packs are now available. These are not replacing the previous pack and are only for those who do not want to install a long list of files.

 

The new 'repacks' do not include the custom body/texture packs for obvious reasons and you will still have to download and install them separately.

 

I have included all of the hair patches and the hair mods, but the Apachii hair patches are provided as an option.

Also included are all the followers mod with the exception of Mabari.

Hrmm, You know I did not intend that to sound bad :3. Sorry D:. My problem earlier was that my elin would Come out full adult sized (almost as much as the male nords). That or the Boobs would stretch upwards like. I eventually mixed some elin files from other post and got my elin Chibi sized with no errors. Btw when I had this error earlier I was only using your mods and any of their "recommended".- Sorry

Which pack did you install? I updated the Elin NPC and Enemy mod according to game version and with or without Dawnguard. So, did you install the version for Skyrim pre-1.8, Skyrim 1.8, or Dawnguard?

 

Also, when do the block texts show up? Is it locations, random Elins, named NPCs such as Lydia and Ysolda, or Elin enemies?

 

 

EDIT: I'll redo the Elin NPC and Enemy updates. I've come across a glitch where Lydia now has a dark head because her hair changed for some reason. I'll also check for anything I overlooked when doing the translations.

And it may cause a conflict with vampiric mod, you should delete it.

 

I think that there is no need to separate package for Skyrim only and Dawnguard.

  A apache hair for elin there will not install. Surely Elin has beautiful hair without apache ....

The custom RaceCompatibility patch for Dawnguard is to fix any transformation problems for werewolves and vampires. It is, as far as I know, not meant to fix those issues addressed by Race Compatibility Improved.

 

Someone had requested help with the werewolf body glitching after transformation. I told him to install the custom Dawnguard patch and he later informed that the patch fixed the transformation. This was with Race Compatibility Improved v1.5 already installed.

 

I provided separate downloads for Skyrim and Dawnguard because not everyone has Dawnguard and believe it or not, there are a small number of people who hold back on updating their game, hence, the Skyrim pre-v1.8 files. It's no different than any other mod that has the new Dawnguard updated files, yet still provide the older versions.

 

I am currently doing a test runs with both the Skyrim 1.8 update and the Dawnguard update of the Elin race with vanilla add-ons. If I find that the Skyrim 1.8 version will work without problems for Dawnguard then I'll remove the Dawnguard-compatible mods. The same for the add-ons.

So Jiitek finally released the next version of CotS. I haven't been keeping up with the latest news and haven't tried the latest version. I will most likely recreate the Elin-x117 and give her the new body, unless you are willing to wait for the human Elins. The Elin children will use the x117 body, the teenagers will have the Monli body, and the adults will have an assortment of body-types.
