The original mod is HALO's Human Tongues (Equipable). The version that I'm using is a custom one with a retexture and SMP physics added to the tongues.

Thank you! Sadly her preset is not available, maybe someday when I decide to quit the life of a screen-archer I might release her. Now to the question of eyelash and/or eyeshadow, yes I did. I use Female Makeup Suite for the eyeshadows, for the eyelash (technically an overlay that adds fake eyelashes) I use YevMods Makeup Pack.
