Do you have another mod or enb for the poses? The latest release of FreeFly Cam is working properly. By default when you enters TFC now the camera is freezed so it doesn't respond to movement (WASD, etc), it responds to menus like favorites, etc. Press the mouse middle button (scroll) to lock other keybinds and start using FreeFly Cam keys for movement. Press it again to lock movement and access menus.
