(just Feedback idea attempt in case wasn't mentioned ?️ )

Any chance for a Snake race? :snake:
I mean I know the most close are Argonians but..they are...lizards, and there's a retexture I use along with Custom Races mod (to not replace Argonians) 
And even try to make the head shaped like a snake too (but fail lol)
And also there's a Tsaesci race mod but ehhh.. too buggy and the model is not the best neither honestly xD

Would be a nice implementation to add Snakes into Yiffy Age as how Bats are dwemer and Snakes would be tsaesci (who knows if might go against their true lore appearance (since some say they are humans like, there are nagas, etc, you know what I meant) but, you know, It's Yiffy Age mod, so I suppose would be a problem if they are completely a anthro Snake race *shrugs*

I mean i know there would be no possible NPCs (unless in Sky Haven temple lol) but would be fun to play as one snake with its respective head shape (instead of the typical Argonian one or any placeholder or generic xD ) stats and abilities such like..hm poison resistance? summon feral snakes? anything

Sorry to bother you again but I moved them around like you said and started it up but I'm not sure if it's in the right order since I can get the game to run up to the main screen but then it crashes so I'm not sure if I'm missing something

Missing the actual RaceCompability, you will CTD at main menu without the scripts there. You are also missing quite a few dependecies like XPMSE and its dependecies, also using CBBE textures for some reason even though you don't have CBBE instealled. Also do not load any random stuff before the official DLCs, you have unofficial patch and SOS core loading before HearthFires and Dragonborn there.

 

And please, next time instead of posting screenshots of small plugin list page, copy the actual plugin list from plugins.txt in your MO2 profile. You can find that in Mod Organizer -> Click the folder icon on top of modlist -> Open Profile Folder.

That's really cool, dude! I love the look on them! would have been funny if they were on standalone drinks mod/extension with its own buffs (or debuffs but dont see any reason why would they have xD) to complement YA even more :D

Extract?  What the heck would you do with extract?  Also, extract in this case is what I think it is, right?

Well, going by what it can be used for (IIRC) in the mod that inspired this whole thing aka Soulgem Oven, either drink it to get some race-appropriate buffs, or in the case of a female character, use it to inseminate yourself.

 

Basically yiff logic at play there, lol. :classic_tongue:?

 

We can agree the milk does make (more) sense, though, right?

Maybe the Honningbrew Meadery and the Black-Briar Meadery have branched out into more... exotic beverages. Could add them to the leveled lists.

(It happens when your illusions follow you and you enter a place)

it's the se version put this in the wrong place

have you tried to open it with 7zip? it could be that the version of 7zip used was newer than your mod manager.

Well, darkconsole (who made the milk bottle assets) just said we can use them just fine as long as we give credit and the labels are all custom-made by us (which all of them are/will be) instead of using theirs, so that should be possible if you want to go for it once all of them are done.

 

I'm thinking in that case we could do what WAFR/CCF/CCOR did with "injected records" into Update.esm so the items could be shared across the race mods without actually making cross-dependencies. Like, have YA include the vanilla race ones plus shark and horse (and any others we make) but have the latter be less likely to spawn or something like that. Then, if/when we add the standalone race milks to their corresponding mods, they can include the same records so for example the horse milk/extract you can rarely find on random loot will be the exact same item you will be able to find on the horse herd camp if you use that mod (because they would obviously have it, and may even be a semi-steady source of them).

 

Also if I do get around to making a patch for SGO3, the injection method should allow the items included in YA and/or the race mods to be recognized by SGO3 and used by it even without making a dependency on SGO3 itself for them.

 

Any thoughts on this? I'd still have to look into how to go around it, and obviously we'd need to have all the YA race labels covered before we start looking into it, but I thought I should share the idea anyway.

Also I briefly thought about adding all that extra info on the label and a description and all that but A) I completely lack the creative skills to actually come up with what to write (except for nutritional facts, which I guess could be researched and/or eyeballed in the case of non-mammal-IRL species), B) the label UV doesn't really cover any other sides unless we duplicate its mesh and slap it on other sides, and C) such cleanly branded labels are already pushing it a bit for Skyrim (even though crude ones do exist in vanilla, like Black-Briar Mead) but modern-style ones are just too much even for me, lol.

 

That could kinda work for FO4 if we ever get to that, though. There's mods that retexture chems to add that detail already (to great effect, IMO) so there's that.

inbf Vulpine, Selachii and (hopefully) Lykaios milk start showing up on the Commonwealth, lol. If only.

Cats are already separated out into their own race. Canines aren't. I might do that one day but it's a hassle. Also I hate having the same assets in multiple mods. I'd have to invent some method where I could have all the lykaios assets, for example, in one folder and then the Lykaios mod, YA, and a Canines mod would all pull from that. I'd do like Hoodies and ship them consolidated, but any fix I made would be reflected in all my mods.

 

Aaaaand.... now that I've spelled out what I'd have to do I'll probably have to do it.
