Ok, I read Turbo's explanation (which is totally okay for me, as long as I have the option to re-enable it and are able to continue my  storylines) and I also read that alternative mods that reactivate teen sex are no longer supported.
But since the reviews have also been deactivated everywhere, I can't see whether the Inappropriate Unlock mod will continue to work with new patches. Normally I could check the reviews to see if there are problems or not. Since Turbo no longer offers support, how can I find out now if the addon will continue to work with future patches ?
I don't even know who is responsible for the addon and if that person will update it if necessary.

@natokaay Looks like WW is just telling you there is a conflict somewhere. Do you have any other mods, even small ones, that haven't been updated? I took anything not updated out of my game, even if the creator said it was compatible because of all the problems I'd heard about with the patch. Make sure after editing your mods folder that you clear the Localthumbcache as well, and sometimes I even restart my computer after a huge file dump.

It will always work, it's not something that a game update can break.

This new update of the game, broke so much stuff, it's so annoying. I hate when devs do this!

But the inappropriate unlock mod is not working, even checking the teen sex option does not work independently.

I really don't see the point in turning this off, after all in The Sims you become the character to play.

If you add the post-puberty trait to the teens, the inappriote unlock will work.  I don't know if you have the XML injector or not, but I had to remove it from my game as the wants weren't showing up, but I've read somewhere that it's been causing issues with mods.  I know it was updated, and I have it, but had to remove it.  It might be that which causing issues for everyone.

@RUASim21 and @carnation77 I was able to resolve both the menstruation and BC issue. I had a conflicting mod that dealt with pregnancy and once removed it fixed both problems. Thank you ?

Without the xml injector all the mods requiring it to work will be broken and believe me sevral of them use it.

I have the latest version of the injector and the new system of wants and fears is working in my game.

I know, I'm still trying to narrow it down to which mod is that's not working with the wants and fears.  I've added XML back, and everything is still working.  I'm slowly adding mods back in my game before I add them into my sons game.

Have you got the new expansion?

If you don't, then you cannot see that trait, but you only need the unlock plus the usual WW settings to enable teen sex.

If you have got the expansion, the trait is under wicked attributes.

The only conflict I've seen in my play is when an NPC sim I've just impregnated comes up against the timer for the next round of MCCC pregnancies and marriages. They haven't yet switched from pregnancy incoming to native pregnant, so MCCC sometimes acts on its own.

I don't think it's possible with Sims 4. There is no disable option available. The only way I know of is to start the game with Steam in Offline Mode. I was able to do it with Skyrim SE by setting it to "Only update this game when I launch it" and launching through SKSE64. But there's nothing like that for Sims 4.
