Love this mod but all my animations are blank the only thing showing is the creators name.  I have updated the game and wicked whims.  don't know whats going on.

thanks 4 this mods but can u provide me older version of ww thats works with v1.46.18.1020 please cuz i tried install both ver
(WickedWhims 4.3.5.137g - 25 November 2018) and ver (WickedWhims 4.3.5.140c - 16 April 2019) latest it wont work i ticked enable script
i delete mod folder start new restart and nothing happend 
the purple windows won't show at all
i have no other mods i have just ww one zorak animation for test and lunar pp and thanks T_T

I am also experiencing the bug where you can't see the names of most of the animations.  It seems to be tied to specific creators, some of them are showing animation names, others are not.

It would probably be much easier for you if you just update the game, nevermind where you got it from.

Why everyone runs to this forum and posts LEs I'm still wondering.  I get them on occasion, however 98% of the time they are a non-fatal error.  The spoon just didn't fit into the square hole quite right metaphorically speaking.  A process, resource, or script got it's toes stepped on but it didn't hurt much.  LE's usually indicate a minor conflict or minor error in most cases.  Outdated and incompatible mods are the biggest offenders by far.  Keeping your mod folder neat, organized, and up-to-date will solve most issues.  That and following all of the mod authors suggestions and instructions.

This. Almost all my LEs are one-time glitches that I can't reproduce. And then the one I *can* gives me a blank LE. Not very helpful either way.

In 1.47.xx.xx (Nov 2018), EA changed the version of the programming language.  Not a single script mod from before will run now, and not a single current script mod will run on a version before.  This is a lot bigger than just WW.  You're going to find problems across the board running a version before the change.

That sounds like a pirated version. That also sounds like "we don't support cracked versions," which also sounds like "there's the door."

I'm getting the same problem as others have reported. Some animations, particularly those by mike24, Amra, MOTHERLODE, etc, don't have names, they're just blank. I've deleted the localthumbcache file twice as well as the WW save, but to no avail. I've also completely uninstalled the mod and then reinstalled it, but that hasn't solved it either.

 

Bit confused.

Bit confused. 

It's the new EA patch. It's messed up how strings are displayed for loads of mods so its a case of waiting for animators to update their animations.

I haven't taken mine out yet but there was no mention of it in the patch notes.

Yeah, EA messed up and broke it. They're fixing it.

Are you f*ing kidding me!!! I had hoped to be able to update all mods today and start playing again.......?

With the new patch of April 16th, it appears many of the Annimations Texts of descriptions are gone as when you open up WW.. it lists all of the creators, but only a few of the animations actually have a description now.. will this be something that gets fixed by WW or is it something all of the Animation creators all need to fix??

No, Maxis is going to fix it "in the near future", which I hope means very near. But I think the animators themselves have to do it since clearly, OLL's animations are showing up.

Exactly - and if EA are patching their patch, then even if the animators DON'T update them, the labels should reappear again, with luck.

A side thought: will modders be able to create custom careers on the freelancing base? If yes, it might create some interesting options with the planned WW peeping/stalking (how was it called?) feature. Or just a freelancer sim selling their nudes or writing erotica?
