Viele würden die Sims nicht mehr spielen, wenn es nicht gute Moddler gäbe. Ea sollte diese Leute unterstützen, anstatt ihnen das Leben schwer zu machen. Es wäre im eigenen Interesse von EA, da ohne die ganzen Mods und CC s kaum einer mehr die Sims spielen würde.
Wer mag schon die hässlichen Klamotten und Hüte von EA? Meiner Meinung nach könnte man im Cas 60 % von EAS Sachen entfernen, die eh keiner benutzt.

Hello everyone
first of all, sorry for my bad English, 
the game worked for me with WW, but I don't know why, 
I'll just tell you what I did, 
First, the game did not work for me, 
it had an infinite load, so I updated the other mods that 
had the update, the nisa, basement drugs, once I updated 
the files, with the vortex, deactivated the WW mod, and 
started the game, the game loaded without any problem, 
and I saw the active mods, but I couldn't get my sims 
to talk or perform actions with each other, so I closed 
the game, and just out of curiosity, I reactivated the WW 
mod with vortex and I started the game, and the game started,
 and I loaded the game, and it worked perfectly, 
I don't know if it's a coincidence, if it's just me, 
but if anyone else finds these steps useful

Thank you Turbo for all your work on this mod, downloaded nearly 10 million times from LL alone says something about the greatness of it and enhancing peoples gaming experience means you are bringing joy to many lives! Can't wait for the update like many others here. All in due time of course, RL is the thing we all gotta do everyday. We all come here for a little fun, an escape, whatever the reasons it's made better by what you give here. Much appreciation for it!

The people turning this in to an internet shit show should realize that this is the kind of thing that makes a good modder come to the conclusion that their time is better invested in things with a higher effort to reward ratio. It's just a game. This isn't a crisis.

Read a book, Call an old friend. Binge on an old TV series you used to love but haven't watched in a decade. Play another game for a while. Go outside and toss bugs in a spider web. Score some weed and watch the universe expand...

First of all, EA isn't purposefully breaking CC and mods, it's just an unpreventable thing that happens when games update, which isn't exclusive to The Sims 4, it happens to other games like Skyrim as an example. Secondly, not everyone is able to download CC or mods, console players exist. EA isn't a villain trying to destroy mods.

Pretty sure Bethseda WERE trying to break mods, specifically, any mods NOT downloaded from THEIR site, as they were introducing PAID Mods, which now basically cost $6 a pop.

 

And that's for substandard mods, that have no dependencies, and are not allowed to be made with unofficial modding tools.

 

 

It was a blatant cash grab test, for Starfield and Fallout.

 

Also, EA have been down on Custom content since the release of EP2 Nightlife for Sims 2. after they got sued by some nutter for "selling porn to 12 year olds" who backed his claim with screenshots of his sims naked, with no censor blur, using CC to disable auto-dressing, and add "anatomical skins".

 

EA won that suit, but it panicked them enough that for EP2 they RREMOVED one of the female sim voice packs from the base game, because one line of dialog...

 

"Lesbe ?"

 

Sounded like the female sim was asking if other sims were lesbians. OmaGerd that had to go,  They also messsed with relationship and nudity reactions, so married couples would scream in horror if they caught their spouse naked in the bath or shower.

 

So, yeah I do suspect EA fubared the preferences API to mess with mods like WW, and force people to buy the new damn pack.

I ain't gonna drop £35 on that, I'll wait and see if Turbo can fix it at their end.

 

Meanwhile, I still have Skyrim Kinky Edition to entertain me, with SexLab and Deviouss Devices, and all the other great custom content from this very website.

but spuriously, folks, it really does a body good to see that, according to the various forums and the like with so much whinging, ringing of hands and gnashing of teeth, a deep sense of self entitlement is truly international.

i'm on Patreon, and have simply been following Turbodriver. due to the passing shitshow (as aptly described above), i intend to become a member of Turbos Patreon to show what small show of support i may that nobody should ever have to deal with that kind of crap.

WW add realism to the game, if so "Bang bang" under the veil is not at all interesting, because there is nothing to see what they are doing, but with WW everything changes and everything is just like in real life.

It's funny... The other game I sometimes play is Star Wars: The Old Republic, another game originally developed by Electronic Arts (although Broadsword runs it now). Over there, if there's a patch or an update, you flat cannot play without it. The launcher is designed not to allow it. Now I get that Sims4 and SWTOR is about like comparing apples to... rocks. But it does give you a little insight into the mindset of the developers over at EA. The fact that even with no CC whatsoever, a typical SWTOR patch could always be counted on to break more things that it fixed, yet they were absolutely determined that everyone was running the exact same version of the game, no matter how much of a dumpster fire a given patch might be.

 

It's actually more apt to compare Sims4 to World of Warcraft, due to the colossal number of add-ons that WoW lived and breathed on. Every time Blizzard released a patch or update, almost every add-on would crash and burn. And when you had 12 people from 12 different parts of the world, with 12 different schedules and 12 different lives, who have managed to successfully schedule a weekly raid together, there's a lot more at risk when a add-on they depend on like Deadly Boss Mods suddenly doesn't work. A little frustration is not entirely unexpected. But Sims4 is not an MMO, and there's no tenuously assembled group that may well collapse because a busted add-on screws up their weekly boss kill. But even with all that at stake, there was always one or two entitled crybabies who thought throwing a temper tantrum at MysticalOS was good way to motivate him, and that crap always pokes my inner bear.

 

So to those douche-nozzles (and you know who you are), I say this; Patreon or not, these people who create this stuff don't do it because they have to, but because they want to, and they're damn good at it. You could never create the kind of kickass add-ons that Turbodriver, Deaderpool, etc., put together, not on the best day of your life. So when you ass clowns get an overinflated sense of entitlement and your thong in a twist because you don't think they're putting out the freebies fast enough for you, I'm telling you that these guys don't owe you jack shit, so go sit in the corner, think about what an ungrateful tool you're being, and shut your cake hole.
