The ESP files are being recognized for sure' date=' I had a popup in game notifying me that they had been updated. However, the actual rape part of the mod does not work. I have stood there naked as a character with no stats and had an enemy unarmed punch me to death, nothing. I've also loaded up a file with my completed game unarmed character (100 unarmed, 10 strength, etc) and slaughtered an entire town using my fists, no rape. I have the sexout handbook in game and have tried adjusting the options with no luck. I have heard from someone who has the mod working that I should have three handbooks though? Did I do something wrong? I can also see a super mutant rapist in goodsprings, he isn't hostile though and when in combat with him he will simply club me to death, again no rape. [/quote'] You should have the sexout, rapist and prostitute handbooks... the rapist one includes all the variables to make you suffer combat rape, along with normal rape. It should be mentioned that the check is only every couple of seconds, and the default setting only gives a 50% chance of getting combat raped at 5% health, so you do have a good chance of being killed before being raped if you don't change the setting. If the books aren't there, then you have a problem, and someone with more experience/knowledge is gonna have to weigh in.

[/quote'] That seems to be the problem then.. I guess there must be a specific load order or something to use? Or perhaps having the DLC causes a problem? Also, I've tried starting a new game a few times and sometimes I don't even get a single book or any of the items at all...

As long as Sexout.esm comes before the Sexout plugins, load order shouldn't matter. Do you have an up-to-date NVSE?

Hmm... the DLC isn't a problem, I've got them all and the books show every time. Might be worth posting your load order so we can see what's going on in there. Personally, I use LOST for that myself (http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=34969 ) since it works well, but others swear by FOMM (no, I don't have a link... sorry)

The thought is to change Lewdness from being user definable to something which is based on your actions. This would leave it up the the individual plugins to implement their own way to adjust frequencies. The thinking is that theres a good chance everyone will have slightly different preferences for each plugin' date=' so a single adjustable value across all of them isn't sufficient anyway. Changing it to something thats reaction driven could open up interesting options for future development. The downside is no user definable setting thats the same across all plugins (which doesn't really seem that bad...). Anyway, let me know your thoughts! Just as a note: Lewdness isn't used by SexoutProstitutes at all and SexoutRapers already has ways to adjust frequencies, so the Lewdness factor could just be taken out. Everything is up to modders working on plugins.
adradox Posted August 22, 2011 Posted August 22, 2011 I got a bug in Dead Money mode, one I got raped by Dog my screen in 1st person mode going wierd and model of my character simply disappeared after the act it threw me away in other region and 1st person mod is still in bad state.

[/quote'] There could also be a clothing lewdness factor, but as it seems a daunting task to assign a new variable to every bit of clothing in the vanilla game, not to mention the various mods, this may have to be a player-selected number. There is, after all, an inherent lewdness in wandering about the wastelands wearing a few wispy scraps of leather and lace that for some reason or another have the DT/DR of top-end power armour. Not that this is a bad thing, after all, the Chainmail Bikini has long been a very effective armour for females in fantasy games.

I had this problem too, only to realize I didn't install it correctly.

[/quote'] Would it be possible to keep Lewdness as a global scaling factor and still allow plugins to adjust frequencies on their own? f_x = (frequency determined by plugin_x)*Lewdness This way there would still be a user-defined factor, kind of like a Master Volume setting, and plugins would be able to adjust frequencies independently.

So if one has a low value, you'd boost Lewdness really high to get desired results. But then another plugin which just naturally has a higher rate becomes even more frequent. You basically end up having to use the individual controls in each plugin for everything anyway.

But maybe it would be a good idea to add the Sexout Reset Gun to the holdout weapons and improved holdout weapons Form list, The Reset Gun was confiscated in Gomorrah and when I got Cass working her ass off a lot of people ended up humping air while unconcious,

Will change that next version.

Oh, and someone correct me on this if I'm wrong, but Sexout doesn't use Dialogue options. (Wsex/FNVInnuendo does)

jihadoftomorrow Posted August 25, 2011 Posted August 25, 2011 When I use this my characters don't do any animations at all. When I press Y or U my character just stands naked or when an NPC rapes another they both get naked and just stand while the sounds are happening. Any idea why?
