I've been having the same problem and I've been looking for solutions everywhere. Hopefully if posting actually does unlock them then this'll help me fix my problem as well.

 

EDIT: I literally just found out after posting this that my profile settings unlocked. X)

I was just looking through settings for like 10 minutes trying to see if I was missing something before I looked to see if there was a topic like this.

 

Not having an avatar/profile is mildly distressing, but the limit is an understandable feature.

I thought my profile was disabled by a mod or a dev on this site but i was wrong (YAY!)
