I just manually installed all the files and finnaly it all worked. And yes I did mean UUNP. Thank you for you help. Also, during the exsausted portions and the worship portions my character seems to have sex with an invisible partner. Is this supposed to happen? She kinda just humps the air for a bit.

That's normal. The animations used are not exactly meant for that purpose but seemed close enough.

I am soooooo sorry for all the questions lol, but I have finnaly been able to play your mod and it is great. The last problem I seem to be having is the ponycart, where the cart does not follow me and instead shoots into the sky. Unless this is supposed to happen?

Not supposed to happen. First time someone has reported such a problem. I don't know what could cause it. Maybe a conflict from some other mod.

Its a feature called "Lively Lungs". Not a problem. If you don't like the feature you can turn it off in the MCM.

Guys I'm really sorry if it is already answered but I can't find it, so my question/problem is that the devices can't fit to my body it is CBBE but I don't like huge tits and so on, so some devices don't fit. Can someone help me out with this, I don't see any options in MCM and I'm not sure if I can do it in bodyslide & outfit. Thanks !

Hi

Just reached the part where you report to Nocturnal, and a punishment scene is supposed to occur (Kom KoMachine). I have the SLAL pack of Komotor's Animations (v1.9d) installed. However, the mod tells me that it does not detect the KoMachine. Reloaded a few earlier saves to see if there was any problem, and now noticed that every time a save with Shout Like A Virgin is loaded, the mod says "No sex toy animations installed", even though the pack is installed and the animations work (tested them).Attached a pic.

Sorry to reply to this so late. Some how I missed seeing it.

 

The message "There are no sex toy animations installed" is not generated by this mod. I have no idea what mod is telling you that but likely unrelated.

 

When this mod says that KoMachine is not installed, its simply making a request to sexlab and sexlab is saying its not installed. Your issue is between the SLAL pack and sexlab. Typically it means it's not been registered properly with sexlab. You need to reset/register in sexlab, or within SLAL where there are several options to do so depending on your situation.

This mod is incompatible with the OSA - Skyrim Ascendancy Engine and or module mods for it. Might want to include that in the main post. The game will crash on startup.

I'd like to understand it better, like a crash on startup if only this mod and OSA are installed (with their min requirements), or situational? Is there a way to work around it? Etc.

 

I also don't know how many use OSA.... since it appears to be an alternative to sexlab, and this mod uses sexlab, are attempts to even us this mod with OSA common?

 

Anybody else have info or experience with this?

No, I did have other mods active and only tested this mod without it and vice versa with no crashes. However, it crashes on the load screen of a new game.

 

I have read topics of which they should choose, SexLab or OSA/OSEX, but responces were that they should be able to coexist with no objections by others. OSA does not claim to work with SexLab, nor does it claim not work with it.

 

MO does want to give OSA higher priority than SexLab, and did notice that OSA overwrites a lot of scripts. the crash on startup is the same case with both OSA and TDF Aggressive Prostitution active, so I think it's safe to say the OSA is the offender. OSA is either incompatible with some SexLab mods or a majority. Not sure since I  haven't tested it past the Alternate Start - Live Another Life cell. So, I think I'll be getting rid of it with no further testing.

These are the overwrites from OSA, so the cause could be how they handle PapyrisUtil, which MO wants OSA to Overwrite the SexLab edits that this mod may rely on and causes the crashes.

Thanks great info. I've updated the Troubleshooting section, Mod Conflicts, to say that OSA is incompatible and will cause crash.

 

Those script overwrites are huge and this mod uses many of those functions. I'd expect issues even if it did not crash. During startup this mod makes a call to sexlab to determine your sexual status, and this would be when its crashing. My guess is that mods that ONLY make calls to sexlab to run animations are maybe ok with OSA along side, but mods making use of some other features would be in trouble.

Is there a way to keep the harness in black at all times? I don't like the "glowing" one. Is this that melting function? Just wondering why it keeps changing the color, it is kinda annoying i really like the black & gold one.

I'm doing a full playthrough test of this mod, to verify if everything is fine with the latest DD 4.1.

 

Please let me know if you have seen any issues that could be linked to a difference between DD 4.0 and 4.1.

Im not sure if that is linked to DD 4.0 or DD 4.1 but very often if i have to be reborn, as a virgin i can't worship the Shor Stone in Sovngarde. It mostly doesn't work if i choose the quick and painless rebirth. The long and painful always works then, i can always worship the Shor Stone. If it doesn't work there is a textbox that im busy somehow or something like that. Now i just always use the long painful dead.

 

I gained the trust of like 8 daedras so far, but somehow i can't progess now not sure what is causing this. Do i have to complete the vanilla skyrim story a bit further to continue this? I didn't even go to the greybeards yet. I think Sheogorath was the last one i gained trust with. Or should i just sleep a few days and worship the statue again and hope that noctural gives me a new quest?

I will test this. If you get it again try Player Reset (MCM Misc tab) and let me know if that fixes.

This is normal. Sheogorath is the last quest this mod uses. See FAQ #14 for details.

Today's update was an edit to the main page content only, not a new release. The following is a copy of the main edit I made...

 

Devious Devices 4.1 Compatibility

• Limited testing for 4.1 completed with no issues. DD4.1 is not a requirement but recommended. Still has full support for DD3.3 & 4.0
• A new game is not required when upgrading to 4.1. Don't use any so called "clean save" methods either... either just upgrade to 4.1 and use your save, or start a new game
• Extensive testing for 4.1 is underway. A release including 4.1 tweaks is coming. Please report in the support thread if you see issues that could be related to 4.1
• CTD due to too many animations when upgrading to Devious Devices 4.1 issue... See Troubleshooting #25

Thank you for this amazing mod. I would like to ask another question which is the strip item editor. The game always CTDs after an animation when I wear the chastity belt to protect virginity. Do you know how to edit the strip item editor so that the CTD would not occur? I tried looking for answers in general but could not seem to find it.

I assume "strip item editor" refers to the tab named that in Sexlab's MCM? I don't see how using that feature could help you. Mods that strip by a call to sexlab, will not strip devious devices if they are setup correctly, nor will devious devices be displayed for selection in that sexlab feature. Plus I doubt your CTD is related to stripping.

 

The question is... what is the actual cause of the CTD?

Is the CTD after a specific animation, or any animation, or only animations that Sexlab runs?

Is the CTD only occurring if wearing a specific Chastity belt, or any belt, or really just any device?

I am sorry but I am in need of help again. It is about the Virgin Maiden Retrieval. I kept on opening designated chests by Nocturnal but the virgin maiden would not appear. I know it is not working because it worked once, but even then I had to go to the second chest. But even now after opening the fifth chest, the maiden still does not appear. Using console does not seem to help either. The only difference I could think of between the first retrieval and this time was that I disabled pony cart, and that I ended the first pony carry delivery early via MCM. I tried undoing that but it does not working either.
