I watched a lot of gameplay to Overwatch but I don't like arena shooters it reminds me too much of TF2 and I really didn't like team fortress that's why I am hesitant on playing it (was what I meant to of said as I haven't played it lol)

it looks good might give a try after it launches....but i have concerns for it....all those large scale fights in towns and villages ....npc going to die like crazy......but still will try it.... :)

Hello everyone just wanted to introduce myself i'm fairly new to making posts and such, I started a blog and tried making mods but it will be a while before I release any mods since i'm very bad at it. Also just wanted to chime in on the conversation I am enjoying overwatch right now but F bastion.

I looked at Overwatch...for about 2 seconds.  Moved on.  It's not my kind of game, plus being on a severely limited income, I can't afford new games anyway.

I am so behind on games, I don't even know what's out there anymore.  I look at a lot of free games these days and play a lot of old games.

Your character looks quite good! A bit big breasted to me, but that is just my own personal taste.. I look forward to see what you want to contribute to the community!  :D

I know how you feel.. I saved up for Overwatch for a few months due to me really enjoying the Beta and I kinda regret it now.. I despise online games when nobody wants to cooperate, and everybody blames each other.. I seem to often forget that offline games are what I end up spending hundreds of hours on.

The modding team(Or the single person, I have yet to actually find out) behind Dragon combat Overhaul and Civil War overhaul, both mods that work quite well.. I have confidence in his ability, but your concern is definitely worth to note.. Good thing that my current character is a summoner who will only grow in strength by all those npcs dying and me generally not caring for their lives.. :P

I tend to avoid MP games because of the mentality of the player population.  Unless I know the people I am playing with.  I can't stand playing with the little bastard kiddies who whine and bitch when I kick their asses, or gloat when they kick mine.  I am over 40 years old.  If I wanna deal with whiny little kids...I will go annoy my 13 and 10 year old kids.  :D

i play skyrim, gta 4,5 final fantasy 7,9 , dragon age 1,2,3 wow yeah i know ;) ,fallout new vegas , saints row 4, xbox japanese rpg:s eternal sonata, blue dragon , etc

Hey now, I am not against Anime...I just draw the line at the kind that involves demon tentacle raping schoolgirls then ripping them in half type anime...hehe

Truth be told that was my introduction to Hentai.  I was informed that was what ALL Hentai was...so for 20 years...I assumed all Hentai was that...and avoided it.  I didn't know there was different kinds until a couple months ago.  So kinda learning late in life the different subgenres...

Yes...A former friend introduced me to Urotsukidoji: Legend of the Overfiend and told me that this was what all Hentai was like.  After watching it, I was horrified and never went near anything considered Hentai again until a few months ago when I discovered that there was so much more.

I started getting into some of the less demony rapey shit.  haha

Found I really like Visual Novels.  My first was "If My Heart Had Wings" and I really liked the story.  I actually like gliders, and it is a love story based around them.

I am not opposed to the idea.  HOWEVER they would have to be either English dub or subtitle at this point.  I don't understand Japanese.  It's on my "To Do" list after learning Mandarin, so I can at least converse with my in-laws.  haha

Just nothing like Sailor Moon.  I've watched it...and have determined I do not like it.  It's too far "Girly" for my tastes.  

Also not a big Naruto fan.  Also severely dislike the Americanized version of Pokemon.  It's just farking stupid.  Saw bits of the original it was based off of, and it seemed much better...but couldn't follow most of it since it wasn't dubbed or subtitled.

 

My first introduction (before I realized it was actually Anime) was an Americanized version of Space Battleship Yamato, rebranded as Starblazers back in 79/80.  I absolutely loved it even with all it's blatant animation flaws.  Also loved Battle of the Planets, which was another rebranded Americanized Anime Science Ninja Team Gatchaman

But my first was Akira.  Yeah...it was a little weird at times...but visually it was stunning.  After that I watched Vampire Hunter D.  The mouth on the hand part was a little odd...but generally good.  After that was Urutsukidoji...and that was the last one I actively watched.  Other than a smattering of Bubblegum Crisis, Sailor Moon, Cowboy Bebop (Which I am also not really that into for some reason) and whatever showed up on Toonami periodically...Including that freaky one with the dude and that mustache...

Think I watched some Ghost in the Shell too.

try Full metal alchemist brotherhood.....one of the few anime which is good to watch in english dub rather than sub..one of the all time favs its got everything romance action twists and an awesome ending... :heart:

I think a friend of mine back when I was in the Navy tried to get me to watch some FMA...I don't recall if I ever watched any.  

I did watch Space Pirate Captain Harlock a few months ago...that was quite good.

I did learn enough about Dubs and Subs to know that you had to watch which company did them back in the 90s...some of the companies took too many liberties with the translations...and didn't do a very good job.

I laughed when I learned that half the dialog from Starblazers was SO not what was actually said in the original Japanese....

By all means, please watch it (the newer one, not the 2003 failed attempt).
