For Combat rapes turn on the RaperS setting "chaos mode".

For Joburg try increasing the libido settings to up the action - just be aware that when you do - you are going to get raped more too!

So far, not that I am aware of. I think Donkey was at one time working towards this but to my knowledge only zombies, the tentacle chick and something else were finished.

Is there a mod that allows shivering isles creatures to spawn in cyrodiil?

There are at least two such mods that I know of. Both bring only one particular species of SI creatures to Cyrodiil, but those creatures are more challenging than their original counterparts and have some variations. Most curiously both mods are by the same author, Tarnsman.

Boy, if there is I would love to find it! Only thing I have seen thus far is one for Skyrim. If I ever have time to learn how to use blender I plan on recreating some of the Dark Souls armors as they are damn cool!

Actually I think lovers magic had a spell that sucked life force while you had sex.

Lovers magic's life suction spell gives you an item or something, without effecting your magicka, at least from what I can tell of an older thread (which has a spell descriptions.)

 

There might be a way to choose which buffs are added from Power, but I'm not sure.

I noticed there are Nexus form for Dark Soul. I played that game (and really difficult to finish it without cheating xD) then I was hoping the armor will flop in SKyrim at least

Not that I have ever seen. If you can't find one you like then just grab that mod and sub in your own pictures.

Anyone know of a mod that grants equip-able ankle tattoos? Prefer equip-able or as a separate mesh object over a direct texture because you can then mess with them in nifskope and they seem to look better anyways.

 

(I've come across similar tattoos but for arms, couldn't convert for ankles due to not knowing how to re-export via 3ds max successfully (soo many export settings lol) with a new bone skin).

Can someone help me find vanilla races female texture replacer with no pubic hair. I can only use low resolution texture replacers because I care about FPS.

Female EyeCandy Body Replacer NUDE is good one, but all females have pubic hair.
