Just looked at it, all i did was use 7zip to unpack the first into it's own folder and it works fine for me.

In an earlier thread it was said this is Robert's, but any Robert body mod for Skyrim gets me something completely different. Anyone know how to get something like this? Sadly I think it's a mashup of a few different mods along with the extra feathers on the sleeves. They credited a few mods that I can only find on a Russian site that requires password. I'll need to double check the download for Tisse when I get home from work soon.
