Thought she looked short. Couldn't be sure it wasn't just the angle of the shot or the size of the guy. Do you have SL set to auto re-size or have you tweaked all the animations?

I am in process of resetting the animations. auto re-size doesn't work for some reason. I think maybe due to the size difference.

It is a bit of a challenge too since each position needs to be tweaked.

Spent hours looking

Lot of very beautiful post here. Just to many to comment on each one.

I've set my new character at .9 just to try it out. I might try .8 later. I'll post a screenie when I find a decent spot.

And as a general request: I'm looking for a skin colour which is very pale grey - dove grey. Any suggestions?

Kinda lacking inspiration and motivation to explore new locations, so I'm kinda stuck in arcadia's cauldron.

Love the lighting tho

Only way I think you can get the skin you want is to do a custom color to existing in Gimp or Paint shop.

Great shots as always - the lighting in your Cauldron is soo much better than mine... probably because I'm using Rudy ENB.

Is that the robe from GomaPeroPero?

Far too technical for me. I was thinking of someone just posting a hex number or RGB values for the colour thing in Racemenu.

A lot of the animations are impossible to line up correctly at .9 so I'm thinking of upping to .95 and forgetting about .8

Oh yeah, you can do that. To make a skin grey is 80 hex or 128 for red green and blue. If you want it darker up the numbers, if you want it lighter lower the numbers. if you want more of one color just change that value.

As for exact, next time I make a character I will post the results.

As for animations the effect is well little one gets hammered if you know what I mean. :D

Sorry, still not getting it. I can't get my head around the skin tone dingus in Racemenu, is there a tutorial or guide somewhere?

I can't understand what each bar does or how you lock a value so that it doesn't change when you move a different slider.

Somebody came up with the topic of characters in skimpy armors, which is when I realized I don't use them. So here's Sierra all Falmerclad! What do you think?

I don't think that there is a tutorial for it, since it is pretty simple.

How/Why does one slider change when you move another?

The first bar is to choose which color you want, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, pink or red again.

The second bar is to pick how white/light you want it to be, the third is for how black/dark you want it to be.

The fourth is the transparency.

Creating a grey, actual grey, color is not possible though I think.

The closest you can get is, if you put the second bar on 0%, the third on 25-50% and the fourth on 100%. (0% is all the way to the left)

But the skin color you get also depends on the skin texture you are using. (Darker textures give darker skin colors)

It's the Transformers of sexy leather mashups; the body armour alone has 9 parts that can be zapped for all sorts of combos, there are 3 boot choices, 2 skirts, 2 stocking, 2 gauntlet types, and all in fetching black or red for mix n' match crit. Phew! Permissions nightmare ahead:

Okay, so I set the first slider to somewhere in blue. I move the second slider and the first slider changes also.

What do the two arrow heads do? The ones at the ends of the slider bars which you can move up or down?

Does the actually bar change, the thing that you move left and right? Or does the color of the slider change? Because the last thing it is supposed to do.

If you change one slider, the other sliders change to show you which color you will get if you change them as well. They are connected in that way but each slider has each own effect. Does it work like in this video? https://youtu.be/XEb-P93yUvE?t=4m1s

Those arrows show you which slider is selected. You can select the slider using w and s and move the slider left and right using a and d. Or just use the mouse. You can use the keys if you want precision and mouse for speed.
