Should just be a matter of getting a compatible schlong for SOS or The New Gentleman (like TRX's or dw's) and a body you like, building them in Bodyslide, and then schlongifying your character. It takes a few steps, and of course the mods' individual requirements, but the basics aren't too bad.

Does anyone have a good cum shot solution? the cumshot mod I use resets the facial expression on orgasm and looks kinda weird. The only other one I've come across is ocum and it works but the particle effects are kinda wimpy. Ley me know!

I have a question can convert SAM accessories like more (man's) piercing to TRX SOS because I can't find much piercing fit to THX SOS only i can use ayleid piercing - TRX Futanari and honestly I don't like gems i just want regular piercing like more (man's) piercing and i want to know how to convert it to TRX SOS to equipped on my futa or at least how i can build to  change or convert it ?

I can help if you'd like, I'll recommend some options.

 

The most common body mods are:

• CBBE 3BA, this has the most outfit and accessory mods, is the most used body type, and is the one I'd recommend as of right now.
• BHUNP, this is considered by some to be better than 3BA but is less used and has less outfits and less mod support.
• UBE, this is the newest of the three and has limited outfits and limited mod support but is really advanced and growing in popularity.

Some futanari mods:

• For 3BA, you should use DW 3BA Futanari Schlong.
• Or if you prefer dickgirl or femboy or shemale characters, donnerwetter has vaginaless versions of the 3BA and BHUNP bodies,  here for 3BA and here for BHUNP.
• They are meant to be used with these three schlong edits for 3BA, TRX-ERF, ERF, TRX, and these three schlong edits for BHUNP, TRX-ERF, ERF, TRX.
• If you use UBE, it already comes with a futanari schlong.
• I should also say, make sure you have all the mod requirements, like this version of Schlongs of Skyrim: Schlongs of Skyrim AE - No DLL Version 1.1.4

Some popular skin texture mods as well:

• For 3BA and BHUNP there is: BnP, it has a lot of options and is very detailed; Diamond, it's much smoother and suits K-Pop looking characters maybe; PB's Silky, it has less options and only for 3BA but is another good choice; and also there is Zhizhen, it's a much more recent one but is very nice. There are a lot more, but these are a good start.
• For UBE there aren't as many, but even default UBE looks pretty good, but there is BnP for UBE, Diamond for UBE, and also one I think looks really nice: Freckled Delight.

And if you want characters to look good, you should also use an ENB. These are good options, mostly for powerful PCs:

• Cabbage ENB for NAT 3, this is an ENB I see used a lot from more recent screenshots, it probably looks the most beautiful of any recent ENBs.
• PI-CHO ENB is used by a lot of people and has been for quite some time; Silent Horizons ENB and Silent Horizons 2 both have a similar look but have a bit of a difference.
• Rudy ENB for NAT 3 is slightly more stylistic but is an ENB I used for quite a while. I think it does interiors very well.

tl;dr if you just want to mod and then play: Install CBBE 3BA, install DW 3BA Futanari Schlong, install BnP Female Skin, and install my texture patches, please! (and all the mod requirements)

BHUNP has some good conversion tools available to it, so I would say that it should be no great obstacle for anyone looking to use that body. I would recommend the Bootleg variant due to its abundance of additional sliders, enabling roughly as much customizability as the Ultimate Body Enhancer but without being for a custom race.
