I inflated the Pantie nif in outfit studio. Open the outfit of your choice to the exact color (for example: DX_Necromancer_Purple_Robes_Trans_1.nif) 0 is how the outfit with 0 weight and 1 is the outfit at 100 weight (everything in between is a blend of these two), just delete the pantie nif and drag and drop in this one and taylor it to your body and/or liking.
