I'm not sure that this animation was well ported, I did it for Oblivion with an animated penis bones.  For SOS it is impossible to animate penis.

Hello, I'd hate to resort to asking for help here but I'm getting desperate, I have no idea how to fix this. 
I'm using mod manager and I'm trying to get floppy sos to work but I seem to be getting jitters, I've followed all the instructions to a T and I don't see what's going on at all. It seems to be fine untill I actually activate the floppy.

Hey!  You might want to try also in the FloppySoS thread, but we'll try here, too.

A couple things, if your FPS goes about 60, floppysos will not work properly.

It also looks like it could be alternating between floppy and disabled.  If you're using hotkeys to set her to floppy, make sure there aren't any other things trying to overwrite that, such as sexlab aroused settings or something else that effects the floppy schlong.  Let us know if neither of those tips help out, you may need to post your mod list.

That is my load order if that helps anything. I've been thinking that it could be RCAE, since it has an extra folder that has to put outside of the data folder, but mod manager won't allow me to install anything outside of that folder.

It looks like I have to put the RCAE src into the root directory or something, but I don't understand why MO won't allow me to do that.
I've installed this mod in the past manually and I've had no problems, however I am with mod manager.

Nope.  I leave floppy default to off, and use it on equippable schlongs though.  Runs best this way for me, ymmv.

I notice you have SOS b3lisario before schlongs of skyrim, that may be a problem.  Try switching them and starting a fresh save.  otherwise, it's possible another HDT mod is conflicting.  I've never used HDTphysicsweaponsling, but it's possible that's related.

Thank you! It's really kind of you to say that, and I appreciate that you like my stuff enough to think so. Her body is a custom one I made with UUNP Bodyslide. I've thought about sharing it a lot but I worry that if I do she’ll be less my own / unique and it’d make it tougher for me to have the motivation to do new stuff :c

 

I’ve been thinking that if I do ever finish the follower version of her she’ll come with her bodyslide presets and stuff so that whoever uses her can build whatever outfit they might happen to want, and at least that way I could have a little peace of mind that maybe it’d be known it came from her if someone else decides to use it for their own character

 

I am however very willing to share my textures, which are a blend I made of my favorite parts from Fair Skin Complexion, PureSkin, FAMOUS Fitness and Muscle Suite, and Demoniac. For the futa parts it's a blend I made of my favorite parts from some of the penis textures here, like the ones by EvilReFlex, and the ones that come with Penzor.

I'd really love to do something like that but my PC is pretty outdated unfortunately, and it's difficult to find animations and poses that play nicely with her body proportions.

Dremora are easiest to 'futanarize' since they are pretty much a lightly altered version of Dark Elves. All you need is a plug-in file that swaps their genders or includes female Dremora spawns like this or this or Daedra of Coldharbour (though the latter requires unpacking of the BSA and replacement of meshes manually). 

 

One could also just use these to give one a head start on the whole process.

Hello, sorry if this has been asked for in the past. I use your meshes for draugr and falmer futas, but I get the blue "missing texture" colour on the penis. At nifskope the texture path is correct, I think. Is there a way to fix that? I am using the newest madmansgun version of mnc.

some of the things in that post are out of date, and the texture paths are wrong

Certain poses plus HDT with collision. The poses helping more so maybe. I'm really picky with the ones I use for my screenshots, not many of them play nicely with her body so it leaves me with few to choose from. So yeah, basically it doesn't always rest so nicely in the front like that, there are some times where it clips with her thighs unfortunately.
