JesusKreist Posted June 28, 2016 Posted June 28, 2016 Not going to happen. TS4 was a failure on the market, it sold like a tenth of total TS3 copies. Also the engines are apparently quite different, so adapting a TS3 mod to TS4 would be a huge amount of work. Investing a huge amount of work into a mod for a game that no one has would be stupid. The biggest difference is that the Sims 4 is actually playable. That guy made his first post just saying nonsense. Be constructive next time. Nonsense? He was totally right. Not totally but at very vast areas. Take the loading times for example. in Sims 3 you can wander off and make yourself some coffee or go showering. And Sims 4 has bugs/glitches but not nearly as many in total as Sims 3 introduced per EP. And to top it off I can play Sims 4 with no lagdowns where I struggled with Sims 3. And I guess that is what he meant by "actually playable". That said Sims 4 has some stupid ass limitations including (but by no means limited to) missing children, the build mode is very often too intuitive for it's own good, every visit to a neighboring lot induces a loading time ...
Guest luvmebby Posted July 19, 2016 Posted July 19, 2016 I had no problem making sex animations. sims 4 is so easy compared to sims 2. there was no converter for the bones from blender to milkshape then. I have both, but milkshape was a huge problem because it was so difficult to use with the screens being so small and not adjustable to the extent of blender. My animations line up perfectly but its all overide I need help learning how to make them stand alone packages. simpe doesn't read my tools folder for it. I never even tried sims 3. but I did work with Chris and Joker. Joker taught me how to animate. and Chris did all the technical work. my computer at the time couldn't handle the programs I was using and it fried. finally got one that can take it and I am hitting the starting gates running. projects like this need a team working together. all doing their part.

Even if only one person in the whole of history actually buys and plays a game, someone will, eventually, make porn of/for it. 'cus humans are sick, sick, bastards.
JoshQ Posted July 24, 2016 Posted July 24, 2016 Just remember sex animations and related mods are relatively new on TS3 and didn't happen until the modding tools matured enough and EA stopped breaking stuff with updates. I would love to use S4Studio and make stuff for a much improved body mesh/uv map, but I don't want to update them every month much less break my game because EA is too lazy to inform the modding community about important changes in advance. So probably today it feels like nobody cares about TS4 or making mods for it, but is just a matter of patience.

It was matter of people on right place, it was coincidence, that can not necessarily may repeat for ts4. If you want something make it happen not just wait for someone do it for you.
alicia35 Posted July 30, 2016 Posted July 30, 2016 chicos las animaciones de kinkyworld funcionan en sims 4? la verdad que me encantarian
TURBODRIVER Posted July 30, 2016 Posted July 30, 2016 WickedWoohoo isn't yet on the level of features that KinkyWorld offers, but it's going there strong. Check out WickedWoohoo if you're looking for sex interactions in Sims 4. http://www.loverslab.com/topic/63676-sims-4-wickedwoohoo-111007-30-july-2016/

Risi Posted August 1, 2016 Posted August 1, 2016 In our dreams...maybe one day, or the next few years...I like sims 4 but it is so vanilla even with the woohoo autonomy..I probably won't go back to it until some more interesting Mods show up. But from what I hear the files are hard to work with and I know even pose packs end up replacing a default interaction so...hopefully someone will crack this soon.

Not sure what are you talking about. Modding for Sims 4 seems much nicer than what is available for Sims 3, it's just that people didn't jumped on it imminently and created a bunch of mods. I am actually greatly surprised that there isn't more available since Maxis gave us a lot of nice ways to mod Sims 4. What sort of mods are you looking for? I was playing Sims 3 with mods for years and don't remember anything significant that would really make me want it on Sims 4. Initially I was kind of skeptical about Sims 4, but now there is no way I would go back, it's just too good.
Outlast1 Posted August 1, 2016 Posted August 1, 2016 Honestly the graphics for sims 4 I like over TS3, been playing it and its nice after the patches and fixes its turning into a decent game I am glad now I purchased it. Thanks to the creator of wicked woohoo it added some flavor and making this even more enjoyable.
Guest Posted August 2, 2016 Posted August 2, 2016 I love the graphics of Sims 4 over Sims 3.. I have to say. I was skeptical about Sims 4 modding as well.. mostly because I didn't know how well EA was going to support it.. but at this point I am pretty much on board.
pipdude Posted August 3, 2016 Posted August 3, 2016 TS4 was a failure on the market, it sold like a tenth of total TS3 copies. Are you sure? I could have sworn that I read somewhere that TS4 has outsold TS3. I doubt there will be any Kinky World for TS4, at least not from the current author of KW. TS3 KW is still a WIP and it seems like it's already a big project, so many new features and bug fixes, mainly for Patreon users, but will probably be available to the public at large in the future. TURBODRIVER is already making good progress on a same-themed mod. Everyone wanting this should consider contributing to TURBODRIVER's patreon (and/or contributing animators). I'm sure that would help speed things up. Sims 3, while great in concept (maybe even some concepts better than 4) is terribly executed on a technical level. There's no excuse from a development perspective for the loading times and lag in that game.

For play withouth problems you will need a great PC with very fast processor, not need a great graphic card but good proccessor is essential. TS4 I havent lag Its better optimized (a lot more).
JesusKreist Posted August 4, 2016 Posted August 4, 2016 A good CPU yes. But not too good aka. too new as Sims 3 has issues with newer CPU architecture. Some gamers have the equivalent of a monster machine and experience a laggy Sims 3.

I had my computer built for my sims game by a friend of mine and even I get lag lol..so no one should feel bad...must admit, playing a tiny custom island world has cut that out. I literally have no lag at all now and I am loving it and I get to have my dive spots and beach houses on the beach which was all I wanted, a small world with dive spots without having to play isle paradiso cause that world sucks to play even for me! My advice, play a small world with less people

My advice, play a small world with less people yep your right about that, i was trying to play a beutiful little island i found, game ran nice, but i just switched to sunlit tides today cause the island i was playing had all unfurnished lots, and small lot sizes that would be annoying trying to find replacements. i dont have patience looking for lots or building / furnishing. i had never tried sunlit tides yet, so decided to give it a shot. unfortunately a house i picked was tiny and i tried expanding it enough to add a basement. but was so tight it became more of a hassle, i was like 3 grid blocks short of adding a way to get to a basement, i got aggravated and just demolished the whole house. glad i did this time though, i made a really nice tiny ground level with a sublevel bedroom with a little pool in it and plenty of below basement levels for when i get the patience to add to it. i finally started playing after wasting all day on this house and ten minutes later my power went out and came right back on. im in florida and that happens like 5 times a week. grr... power sucks here. im bout to go back and play again. just wanted to see if their was any kinkyworld type type stuff for sims 4, and as you know i found my answer. oh well... guess its back to sims 3 for me... take it easy and happy simming!

Check out my sig for the specs on overclockers and I was extremely well versed in everything you do to make Sims 3 less laggy. I also had to manually edit my sgr files to get sims 3 to even see my video cards as they were too new..lol.
Shiro1104 Posted August 27, 2016 Posted August 27, 2016 ^Nvidia card users don't need to do that, no? Just set the game to use the card in 3D Management. Though, yes, I was experiencing the same issue with lag. I even bough a brand new gaming laptop just to play TS3, since Kinky World is too good to pass up, you know. But the love was running lower and lower.I already switched to TS4 though. Wicked Woohoo has a lot of potential and I can run the game smoothly at max setting, so no reason not to. I don't even mind the loading betyween lots and when you travel, since it only took like 3-5 seconds each time, not that game-breaking, compared to all the stutter that I had to endure in TS3.Also, despite what somes might say, from what I see, community lots in TS4 are A LOT livelier than their TS3 counterpart.

There still were a few minor hiccups that I had to address with editing the sgr files but since I did it soo much it was pretty easy to do but not at first. You also have to manually edit the sgr file for hq mod as well as if I remember right the highest nvidia card in that is a 600 series?? Either way I'm content WW for TS4. Sims 3 although people love it to death it's just a poorly optimized game.

If I can learn it, I'll bring a new dynamic to the animations as I'm trying to do some animations that no one else has done as we have a ton of people working on sex ones now....

It's not that hard to learn the basic, I think. I'm a total beginner and I managed to make some decent (imo) animations.
gtf2020 Posted November 23, 2019 Posted November 23, 2019 Numbers are up, sims 4 is now considered something wise to invest time in. seeing these posts on multi forums bet kinky world is worth investing in as well $ $ $ $. these things don't make themselves, but having kinkyworld on sims 4 or at least collaborating with someone else would be a good change too. (shrugs) look forward to seeing mod community evolve sims 4. Pardon the chicken scratches on the image. I voted for sims 3 - this is what i got. Thank you creative people.
