Thank you for this mod! It's pretty great having other NPC's bone each other. No more is the Lone Wanderer the only one who can have sex, others can too! It's been very successful in Rivet City, with the Youngs going at it each night to bring a sister to little C.J.

Just notices a minor issue. When one of the selected NPCs is your companion, your companion can't leave you. But because your mod tries to send im to the other npc all the time, other npc-npc actions are blocked. So IMHO either your companion should be allowed to have a free minute ( if possible ) or he/she should be left out of evaluation.

Really? I've exempted NPCs that currently have a follow or guard package so I thought it shouldn't be doing that but I haven't really advanced from the beginning of the game so I haven't really tested it with actual companions. I'll look into that.

I solved it with an other mod, "improved companions sandbox ", :shy:  but i have observed the same problem with other npcs ( atomic wrangler, with populated casinos mod )

Yeah, it doesn't work properly in Atomic Wrangler and probably other places similar, I actually exempted the AI packages of the NPCs there. Somehow the dealers, guards, gamblers, cashiers and vendors' packages seems to be really persistent. For example, if Francine is selected, she moves away from the counter and tries to walk towards a bed but stops halfway until timeout. The most ideal AI package for a selected NPC to work properly is sandbox.

Anytime this mod causes sex it only lasts ~2-3 seconds. I believe it happens with both matchfinder & traditional events. This is using the latest SexoutNG beta. I'm not sure what's causing this, as I've never seen the issue with sex from any other Sexout mod. It's sitting near the bottom of my load order.

 

Any ideas? I can try & provide more info as needed.

You've probably been detected by the NPCs while they're in the middle of an act. I didn't mention the feature where NPCs will stop once they've seen the player within close proximity. So just try to stay hidden.

 

Also, you might want to turn your subtitles on if you haven't already, if the PC is close, they'll say a line to the PC just so you know when they're interrupted.

Ah, alright. Kind of a funny quirk of the matchmaker system, then, since they will walk up to eachother in full view of me & begin sex, but then stop when I'm still there. Thanks for the clarification.

 

Edit: Confirmed working as intended when actually attempting to sneak.

Actually they shouldn't be starting until the PC is out of their sight but detection checks could get a little wonky at times. That or you managed to sneak into the delay between those detection checks.

Updated 1.1.4

 

Added "Use Sexout Orientation" settings. This is set as default.
Match Finder: Added a GetPlayerTeammate check to hopefully prevent companions from being selected.
Increased required SexoutNG version to 2.10.95.

To be a valid couple, the sum of disposition of the selected NPCs towards each other must be 80+, this is of course, false for raiders.

1) Does that mean that Raiders won't fuck anyone at all (inclusind raiders)?

 

2) If I disable the match finder, does that mean that NPC's will search for partners the whole day and not just at that certain time?

 

3) Would it be possible to completely disable the is a NPC near check for Raiders? I mean, their savages, it's not like that any of the raiders would care if someone is fucking right next to them. ;D

 

4) Is this mod TTW compatible (or how exactly does the mod checks if a bed is suitable or not [since TTW comes with new references for some beds and mattresses])?

It's the opposite, raiders will do other raiders regardless of disposition, because raiders' disposition towards others, even raiders is always low if not zero, so it's pointless to do disposition checks between them otherwise interaction would be impossible.

In short:
Non-raider + Non-raider = Disposition check required
Raider + Non-raider = Disposition check required
Raider + Raider = No disposition check required
These conditions are only for the match finder, the base function will always trigger a scene regardless of anything(except your gender settings) as long as they sleep in the same bed or close to each other.

 

Not exactly, the base function doesn't have a time check but it will only trigger when two NPCs sleep together in the same bed or close to each other, you know, just let them run their sandbox routine and if they happen to sleep close to each other, then that's it.

 

Not at the moment, actually no one really cares for other NPCs, it only has a PC near check, if that's probably what you mean, because doing a near check and detection check for every other NPC sounds pretty script intensive. They only care about the PC. Although I've already thought about that, but hey, maybe they don't like being bothered? I even thought of adding a chance that they will start combat if they are interrupted hehe.

 

It currently checks if a bed is suitable by using a formlist of base forms of all beds available in FNV(except bunks), not by reference. FNV just reused most assets from FO3 so if it's available in FO3, then it is also in FNV. Not sure if DLCs adds new kinds of beds, if they do, then they are not supported.

So in short, yeah, very compatible, unless there are new ones in the DLCs, then they need to be added by a patch.

I have a suggestion! Well, a few and some clarifications needed on this since I have only seen this mod once in action so I can't say for sure how things work. So bear with me if something's already in the code/mod.

Firstly, putting player's sneak skill/status to play, like sneak skill, plus current armor. I have an armor mod that when sneaking it turns on invisible mode (but doesn't use any stealthboys). For reference, this is the mod: "High Desert Tactical Gear" but I've only tried a few, the snakeskin one is the only one that does it so far.

Second, perhaps when it searches for NPCs to use, maybe like a 1 in 10 chance (or so, maybe even changeable by MCM) to say "Hey, (NPC name) would like to have sex, are you up for it?" Saying yes will trigger your player and that NPC, saying no can either have the NPC find another suitable partner (and if it fails, not start altogether) or not start the sex process at all.

Third and last thought for now, which I understand if people don't want it, is LoversBed to work with creatures (option to work only when outside to lessen lag)?

Just some thoughts, thanks for reading this and thanks for the work put into the mod as it is now though. For the record, I saw the two girls in the Sexout Store go at it, the one at the entrance in the blue vault uniform (her name is Tina Karrens) and the female doctor that hangs around the bed area(her name is Abbey Walton).

No creature support at the moment. Thing is, creatures usually spawns in places without beds, so I'll probably go out of context if I make an act happen off a bed, so I haven't really put much thought into it.

Ummm...not that I know of? But my suggestion is different from soliciting sex or being a prostitute, I meant like - people have sex, be it couples or lovers, just for the fun of it. My thoughts was to bring the player into this if they are in range and match the MCM configurations (gender preferences) to make it more in-depth.

Original goal was to make the wasteland a bit more interesting by giving NPCs the ability to use NG themselves, kinda like a random encounter or something, so I haven't given much thought about the player either.

Though how would you define a lover? Disposition? You'll probably get a score of 100 for every NPC in a faction that you'll help. That's a bunch of lovers.

Well, there's Sexout Intimacy, which adds a layer of relationship between the player and NPCs. Though I'm not sure if there's an approach feature, I think there is, but it's WIP at the moment, so I'm not really sure. Maybe try reading some pages back, I think I remember reading about something like that.

NPCs can approach you in Intimacy, for sure. It helps if you've interacted with them in the past, I think - if you've built up a 'relationship' with them they're more likely to seek you out to do something, which may include sex. I'm still learning the ropes with that mod, though.

There's also Sexout Solicitations, which'll cause NPCs to occasionally, well, solicit you. Not sure if there's really any other mods that cause generic sex between NPCs like this one, though.

 

Edit: My bad, I was thinking Sexout Hookups, not Solicitations. Solicitations also allows that, but only in specific places, I think.

Maybe only with "Idolized" factions? You can't be idolized with EVERY faction without interference (without console commands at least). Ah well, it was worth the suggestion giving.

Intimacy was intended to be random.  They're interests and values are randomly selected from the start.  It was never made in mind for the player to control any aspect of them, but to make them seem more real by giving them their own personality.  Just as you can't force another human being to act the way you want, the same applies to Intimacy.

 

NPC's will approach the player so long as they're not strangers to each other.  Say in Goodsprings, you spend some time speaking with the townsfolk, talking with them, doing activities, etc.., eventually, they themselves should start approaching you.  Either for some "Small Talk" or to suggest an Activity.  It's still very much a work in progress and T is currently focused on some Real Life issues, but should be back soon.

Yeah, don't know what you mean by deep, but Intimacy is so far the deepest mod for NG, lots of voodoo stuff going on internally (aside from Spunk, again, no idea what you mean by deep). Haven't extensively played with it yet, I'm just waiting for it to be in a more stable state since its overhaul from SODRTL to SOI before I start my next playthrough.

Interesting mod and today I saw one place where it shined and added lore.

In New Vegas Bounties III and at location you come across very early called Buckton Mine which is an Outlaw hideout that has a Leader with a few personal whores in Sexy Sleepware.

He has a double bed obviously where he has fun with them and if it weren't for this mod I wouldn't have witnessed that fun actually happening.

Waited for him to finish having his way with his whores and hurled a couple grenades in there for them to finish the party with a bang.

Again, thanks for this mod, another Sexout plugin to make the... experience all that bit better in FNV. ;)

Updated 1.1.5

 

Added "Solo" function. NPCs that are sleeping alone now have a chance of masturbating. (Default: On)
Solo act chance is 20% by default and 10% for old folks. NPCs that fapped will be invalid for loversbed sex and match finding for some period of time.
Now creates a settings ini in the Data/Config directory for editing act chance percentages and match finder minimum required disposition.
A couple of minor script changes.
