Wow, I was playing my game in Solitude.  And of course, you know.  The Cilice, the upgrade the cilice, "only the monks can heal".  I failed so far in uploading pictures.  It said I used the wrong extension but was a jpeg.  I embarassed by it but--the cilice.  What a work!!!!!!

 

I had to pay the $1000 to upgrade it.  If i can figure out how to upload pictures, my player has the dirt, hair growth, and the cilice with blood.  You are the genius.  I had seen the cilice pictures on a posts back in April.  It looks so fantastic, particularly the fifth one. 

 

 

I am trying one picture from yesterday again simply by attempting to paste it on the at the image button.  I had thought the effect upon my character came from a the Slaverun MOD but it may be yours?  When I perform magic I get such a shock.  I love the cilice.  Wonder how many other players have run into it.

Thanks The cilice wasn't fully operational till like version 0.14. I thought it was really lame that you can heal in the middle of combat especially as a non-mage character and sprint around healing yourself lol.

Btw do you hear voices when you cast restoration spells without wearing the cilice?

I do get the voices without the Cilice on.  I thought the curse was from installing slave-run.  I play a couple few different players some of which are well worn through a lot of mod changes.  Some show the effect without the Cilice.  For a bit I thought it was a slave curse picked up from Slaverun or an article in Cursed Loot.  In terms of game play for me the cilice does not stay on long enough to really effect my game play.  It did seem to rev up as I ran--fantastic effect.  I will load the new version tonight and try it.  It may be in my game because of the players.  My game has been really stable.  I may also have upgraded the Cillice to quickly.  I was over eager to see it work!!!!  I will try a it on a newer character.  If the screen shot stays this time when I post, then there is another on my game that I would like to post with the Cilice.  If not I am going to get help Friday to get where I can post screenshots.  The effect from the Cilice texture after it unlocked just blew me away.  The blood color has stayed.  Just accept thanks once again.  This is one of the best game experiences I have ever had.

I was whipped extensively while getting Slaverun to work with a character.  Once again I think getting confused between mods.  I got whip marks after being whipped but did know whether it was from your mod or Slaverun.  That being in part because I knew that Kenjoka was using, or preparing to use your device of dloom.  I was wanting to hit that dialogue and get put into the device. 

 

For a while I wasn't sure if the tats were going to be permanent or not so made a couple of extra saves. 

 

You may not want to answer this as part of a developing theme, but is the cilice supposed to enable the restoration spells.  Eager to see if this monk does heal this ill.  Not so surprising but the vigilants never gave up attacking my character.  Great work on this mod.

I finally figure why nothing happen in my game - it doesn't work with Custom Race!   I decided to test set my character to Nord from YGNord race, and suddenly hair all over 

I hope you might be able to add custom race maybe?

 

Oh and it notice the hair is visible through clothes - but i guess i could easy fix with DD Device Hider.

 

And in the end, great work, i hope i can use someday with custom race!

I am very suspicious that my somewhat occasionally submissive player has finally gotten what she had coming.  About a week ago she was defeated and the authorities  lopped of hand.  She is now married in to a beautiful women to help her make it through the trials of wondering Skyrim.  She also now kills every Stormcloak sodier on the road whether they were guilty or not. I have never gotten those monks to heal me.  Not sure about the mod but I awoke in a tower and a Stormcloak took off the hand.  Searched through the a water mill trying to find the culprit and got enslaved by the Falmer.

 

The bounty on your head, not being able to heal yourself without the Cilice, hair growing, dirty, and horny is a hell of way to try to hunt dragons.

Theoretically you can wear a bunch of items with lightning resistance and then heal without a cilice and ignore all those lightning bolts. I haven't tried it.

Well, I did warn you that you should surrender to the guards instead of fighting

Not healing around Skyrim.  Still getting whipped for the holidays in Skyrim.  Fighting meaner than ever bounty hunters, enslaving possessed bastards belonging to Sanguines.  Wearing a Cillice like  Xmas tree ornament.  All of these gifts you gave us this year.  Best wishes for Xmas and once again, thanks for making the shaving blade.  Bathing and shaving her legs makes my player look wonderful while adventuring through Skyrim in her Xmas garb.

because i want both of the mods and also is this mod only on the player or on all npcs ? because i need this mod to be just on the player

I love this mod.  Lately, have combined this mod with your other fantastic mod, "Vigilant of Stendarr" with this mod along with bounty hunters.  I think the Cillice is fantastic but in my game.  Have been really amazed how nicely the Vigilant mod has been playing with other mods. 

 

To have both of the mods I listed running, or even to have the Cillice work smooth, my game really has to be running well.  Sometimes when updating other mods like ZAZ or Sexlab framework; as well as mods like Deviously Enslaved and quest mods, I have had increases in crashes. 

 

It seemed to help to find a small cell to play or perhaps better to wait or sleep for a day or so.  I know it sounds odd but did help with my game.

Don't make any sudden movements and remove your armor/robe when wearing a cilice

What's the bounty hunter mod?

There may be a conflict if the vigilants hammer your hand and then the guards chop it off within 2 weeks, I haven't tried it.

I think the bounty hunters that I am running are coming from Prison Overhaul but if my memory is correct they are also modified through Sexlab Pay Sex Crime to get some really hard ones of both sexes.  There are options in Sexlab Pay Sex Crime that allow a player to make a deal with guards to pay the bounty with sex.  After you defeat a bounty hunter they send advanced bounty hunters that use paralysis weapons. 

 

When I first reloaded the Vigilant mod I got about six of them after me.  They can be really rough too so they get me on the run and eventually I will wear down a couple of them.  Earlier today I had a bounty hunter and vigilant after me at the same time.  It was hard to keep both of them to chase and stay in range eventually I took out the bounty hunter and had to escape the Vigilant since I didn't really have armor on or much inventory.

 

I was amazed that the cilice was working with what I think is called a collar but has chains to nipple piercings and neat metal plate to identify prisoner.  Sometimes I get a crash or save problem and causes a loss or some progress.  Most of the time I am pretty good at backing up my game.  I have used the updated paradise halls to enslave a couple of the normal bounty hunters and made help fight. 

 

I started working with the Creation Kit a bit lately. Eventually, I would like my player to take some revenge for the smashing or loss of hand.  In the form of a more private member.  I like it that the smashed hand can heal, and you choose your poison with the vigilant.  I chose what I think is the Oathkeeper once and it didn't come off.  Great mods, it is my opinion that you have ventured where no other mods have.

I have to be honest, i replace your original hair too, with nif from... oh i forgot name, it was something like "pube hair sos" or so? It is really great that way, and whip mark are great as they are!

 

I have a question, i have tried to change slot for cilice and pube hair, in esp and in nifs, to make it compatible with Devious Devices. I did change them to slot 60 and 61. But when i tried to use Devious Devices nipple piercing, which uses same slot as original cilice slot, i would still get message about the cilice from your mod.... It is probably in the script, checking for that slot, even when i change in esp and nif?
