Guest endgameaddiction Posted May 28, 2015 Posted May 28, 2015 @ johncena Until you crawl on your knees, I will never tell you why.
Luminar Posted May 28, 2015 Posted May 28, 2015 Only through biting the divine spear and allowing the earth to become wet with power can you get the answer, for then god shall bite new words onto YOUR spear.
fallenmystic Posted May 28, 2015 Posted May 28, 2015 @ johncena Until you crawl on your knees, I will never tell you why. Ok, I just installed this, so what's the other requirements now?
Buddy Christ Posted May 28, 2015 Posted May 28, 2015 *voice thundering from above* Because I am a vengeful and sadistical being that likes to see you squirm and writhe in pain and suffering! Oh... and who are you again?
Shadowhawk827 Posted May 28, 2015 Posted May 28, 2015 LL is about the last place I expected to get involved in a theological debate, heh. The trouble with alot of assumptions I see about whatever God you want to believe in is that everybody expects "Him" to be a helicopter parent. God's alot smarter than we are and figured out long before we did that being a helicopter parent only leads to spoiled brat kids who can't function in the real world. Lets take it a step further... Just about every religion and school of philosophy agrees that we're down here on this ball of mud to learn and grow. How much do you learn and grow if everything is done for you? You don't, period. Taking THAT a step further, you have to put things in a more cosmic perspective. The time we live down here is less than the blink of an eye in the grand scheme of things, so somebody "upstairs" may view our suffering the same way a parent views the inevitable falling down when a toddler is learning to walk. Nobody wants to see the toddler get hurt, but falling is an unavoidable part of learning to walk. Above and beyond all of that though, I think people forget just how much of the suffering on Earth is NOT caused by God, it's man's inhumanity to man. If people would take responsibility for their own actions and treat everybody else the way they want (hell, demand anymore) to be treated, the world would be a much better place.

That's why we're not getting into religion if you noticed. Most of us know it's not a debating subject here. So why not RP as god? I mean I don't need to, but I don't want you to know that.
Ashkandii Posted May 28, 2015 Posted May 28, 2015 i saw this thread and instantly went "oh for fuck sake please stop making threads/conversations about god its just too damn of sensitive subject" I'm Atheist, but I'm not going to bugger people about god not existing just let people think what they think.
Kamen Rider Kuuga Posted May 28, 2015 Posted May 28, 2015 I would rather not RP God. I can think up much more interesting fictional characters.
Captain Cobra Posted May 28, 2015 Posted May 28, 2015 why? Because god needs to prove that Cena doesn't win everything.
pinky6225 Posted May 28, 2015 Posted May 28, 2015 Typical user error response Kinda sad but this is often the solution and you have to ask the user this as doing so never seems to occur to them before contacting support The other classic would be that the power socket is switched off at the wall

Me: "Did you turn it off and back on again?" (was doing so in jest, since I just had done a binge on IT crowd) Caller: *you could hear ONE click of the switch* "Now it is working!"
nonusnomeni Posted May 28, 2015 Posted May 28, 2015 why god because most peoples don't have courage to take responsibility for they own actions
WrythePhokas Posted May 28, 2015 Posted May 28, 2015 If I remember correctly this forum used to have a politics section. That was closed because political discussion tends to bring out the dick in even the most level-headed person. Then again I might remember wrong. In any case religion is in the same boat, and imo really doesn't belong on a forum for pixellated perversity. I personally want every fucking thread here to be about depravity in some way, however tangential. If I want to discuss politics, religion or flower arranging I go somewhere else for that. I mean, we have people who are prepared to shit all over threads about Witcher 3 screenshots. What do you think will happen if we start discussing god or other serious religious themes here? Watching dickhead atheists argue with dickhead godfanbois is not my idea of a cool evening. (NB: I'm aware that some people have a thing for religious taboos (fucking nuns on the altar etc). Thats fine. Perversity should trump everything - with the obvious CP caveats of course).
Serithi Posted May 28, 2015 Posted May 28, 2015 Something something rule 8. "8. In an effort to keep the site & community inviting and friendly we do not allow several categories of conversation. This is not intended as censorship or endorsement of any particular view, but rather a move to keep this site neutral and open. The categories of conversation that are not welcome include those discussing politics and religion. Too often these discussions descend into pointless bickering and lead to offending one party or the other (if not both). This sends the wrong message of what this site is all about. There are plenty of forums, blogs and other online outlets available for these types of conversations, this site is not one of them." Just saiyan.
