If you change manually the archive names you can make it work.

 

For example, for black without gloves rename files like that:

Also, I use 53 and it works fine, People always say they get slowdowns but I only get like a 1 second freeze at the start of the game and that's it.

Maybe its because I have a 64 bit system.

just a question while looking at these DDS files there 512 x 512 is there anyway of increasing the size? say to 1024 x 1024 while it makes a difference in Skyrim would it make a difference in this game?

Of course it would help if you could properly retexture it at a higher resolution but I'm not so sure simply resizing it would make much of a difference in looks. You could always try, though. All you need is a way to edit and save DDS files (Nvidia DDS Plugin for photoshop/gimp) and simply resize the image. It will most likely get a tiny bit fuzzy the more you resize it, so don't do it too much.

 

Just be sure not to change the file name. If it has 512 in the name leave it because it won't work if you change it.

Just to please my uncontrollable impatience: How much more do you think we'll have to wait before we can get some...You know, console quality mods?

 

I know it's only been a single week since release but that week felt like a year and half to me.

Don't you think I know that?! I mention that every day. I will get on it the very moment I see a mesh extraction program that has a way to get meshes to and from the game. Texture modding is well underway already, so I await meshes. I won't waste time when I can get the actual bodies to and from the game, trust me.

 

That said, I have no clue when that will be. It's up to programmers to build a tool for meshing, unless one exists and we just have to find out which works.

 

I am no more patient than you. I was born with a medical condition: I was born without patience, so I can sympathize with you, and your "condition". If you find a meshing tool for the game before I do, please o' please let me know. I'll be all over it.

Yeah, the current costume bundle packs are way too expensive. Seeing some of the awesome mods people are making here, really makes me want those costumes though. Still, I will wait for a big sale, or until they are available individually.
