Im using the whole NPC 85, Bandits, High Elfs and Civil War all by the same author and on top of that im using GCE NPC replacer

 

Can use the Bjin mods, NPC 85 and GCE all together.  Edit out the npc's from each mod you want.  I have GCE loaded first, Bjin second and NPC 85 last.  I prefer a few looks from the first 2 mods on some npc's but mostly like NPC 85's overhaul.  

 

Also the author of NPC 85 has an overhaul for the looks of Donyaakin mod and followers.  I had been using RS children overhaul for a long time just to make the kids look better then the crap vanilla skyrim has. 

 

 

You don't even have to edit out NPC's you don't want. Just make sure the data is overwritten with the one you want to win.

 

i.e. the esp and facegendata overwrite in the same order as the esp's.

For those who wanna beautify them vanilla NPCs here's some new suggestions:

-The Ordinary Women (v1.9 overhauls over 60 NPCs now)

 

I use a bunch of NPC mods in order to cover almost all the female vanilla NPCs. & if using Mod Organizer, one can anytime switch load order/priorities between them. Right now I slotted "the ordinary women" taking priority over most. Here's a sample video that I previously posted in case anyone wants to get the idea:

Thanks for sharing this. Tested it a bit.. So far I noticed a few NPCs have been updated like Mirabelle, Nirya, Anneke, Maven & Mjoll. I'm sure there's more.. just didn't check further.

For me, SOGS along with NPC 85, Bandits, and High Elfs are the best NPC replacer so far.  You won't be dissapointed.  Mainly, I'm using SOGS first, then using  NPC 85, Bandits, and High Elfs to cover the other NPCs which are not covered by SOGS.  Suddenly, Skyrim have become a beautiful place :D

I'm not using Civil War, because it seems that my PC can't handle it.  Whenever the battle is commencing, my computer is either freezing or CTD.  Might consider upgrading my computer soon :(

Hey some of those look really nice :) Nut super scandinavian but nice! Does the mod mess with the bodies or is it just the faces?

which one of them is good for dawnguard and vampire women cause i for life of me ccant get the jh dawnguard to work right. it seems the nord vampires including the unique npc vampires all have dark faces. other races are fine. not counting dont like haveing ece installed as could only get the genric npc to work if esp was active

 

update

 

after hours of playing around finaly got hert to use the jh- dawnguard face only problemis she has purple forhead. now for more trouble shooting. :(

I use SAM Body and SAM face textures for men and UNP body and Lucious face for women with apachi hair NPC overhaul. Works amazingly!!!

 

Although I have a few extra mods here and there for some more important NPC's. But in general I think Sam body and face textures and Lucious face make amazingly beautiful characters and NPC's.

I have downloaded some files, one of them was RAR file, other ones were unknown types of files...

 

 

Animated HDT all in one has NPC 85 all set up i believe, although it's a 3 gb download.

Does anyone know some really nice default armor replacement for CBBE?

I'm using this one: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/3654/?

 

But I've seen on those korean/japanese screenshots, that they have even nicer ones, with more detail etc.

I use ChronoTrigger77's with aMidianBorn retextures. If you want even skimpier for some options, a vanilla replacer mod has been created for the Bikini Armors that have been popping up lately. Those also look really good with aMidianBorn textures.
