Redflyingmonkey Posted January 10, 2015 Posted January 10, 2015 -Serenity (and the whole Firefly series, oh it makes me feel so warm n fuzzy. Best thing in the Verse ^^ ) Love Firefly. Completely get the whole warm and fuzzy feels. Here's something interesting I've seen about it recently ;
Fluttershy47 Posted January 11, 2015 Posted January 11, 2015 The Grand Budapest Hotel !! A fantastic movie that uses great visual design and a great combination of seriousness with sillyness. Be sure to give it you're full attention so you don't miss anything XD
KingGem619 Posted January 15, 2015 Posted January 15, 2015 Thank you ima search some movies to watch.
XFiles Posted January 22, 2015 Posted January 22, 2015 If you like cult films, check out Danger Diabolik. Awesome Italian film based on an old comic book. Directed by Mario Bava, film on a shoe string budget and is pretty amazing considering he only used a few hundred thousand.
Myst42 Posted February 17, 2015 Author Posted February 17, 2015 Notice how the crazy started about "50 Shades of Grey" I just saw something they say is way better: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AFma24S-Uvw Most thoughts online say it's funny, sexy, with more believable and lovable characters and it's basically, the original thing I started believing 50 Shades must be a ripoff The main character is named Grey too It's also about two people who in the end find liberation in S&M instead of finding creepy, twisted and dark to fuck their lives up. Happy ending I didn't read or saw 50 Shades but from what little I know I think this one's more believable and I agree with the good critics on the movie itself. Plus it won a ton of awards It's a freaky movie though... good, sexy and funny, but freaky XD
Slath Posted February 17, 2015 Posted February 17, 2015 Oh, please. 50 shades of trash isn't about BDSM, it's about passing sexual abuse and sickness of mind as a fetish. Don't even bother. I sadly don't have any really unknown film to advice. I barely know my classics. Just wanted to loathe a bit in my hate of that film. Bai.
Lady Dibella Posted February 23, 2015 Posted February 23, 2015 Lone Survivor I'm sorry, but if that movie doesn't tug at your heartstrings then I'm not sure what to say. Acting was excellent and more importantly, the tribute to the actual men and their families was beautifully heartbreaking.
Slath Posted April 5, 2015 Posted April 5, 2015 I just watched Hercules, the one made in 2014. I was waiting for disappointment, but it is actually a good film. At least, it felt like a really good one after "300: Rise of an empire"
Jexsam Posted April 5, 2015 Posted April 5, 2015 Once Upon a Time in Shanghai What at first looks like a transparent Bruce Lee homage (down to the haircut!) transforms into... well, not much else. The characters are relatively one-note but well-written in that note. What makes this movie "good" is the bleak, beautiful "color" palette, wonderfully entertaining fight scenes, and moments of surprising emotion from both the characters and you the viewer as events unfold. Not a must-see, but well above background noise kung fu fodder, easily worth your time.
germanicus Posted April 8, 2015 Posted April 8, 2015 So far: Matrix trilogy, LOTR trilogy, Mad Max 2 (watched 120 times), Star wars - Return of the Jedi.
Guest Comrade DR. MAHUJ DIK Posted April 8, 2015 Posted April 8, 2015 What about trash movies do the count? they are so bad that become a good random shit comedy. In case they count: sharkado sharknado 2 sharktopus mega python vs gatoroid

Loveryus Posted April 28, 2015 Posted April 28, 2015 Not a movie, but an amazing trash series (the first episode sucks though): DANGER 5 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Z09bNgSeMI
roflcopter117 Posted May 9, 2015 Posted May 9, 2015 A few of my favourites are: The Godfather Series, Scarface Dances With Wolves The Original Star Wars Trilogy Dirty Dozen Platoon Most of these I watched throughout my childhood.
Cynical Misanthrope Posted May 9, 2015 Posted May 9, 2015 Jesus Christ Vampire Hunter is such a bad bad bad movie so it actually turns out pretty good. I mean, everything with the movie is incredible bad. But I bet it will still make you smile sometimes.
germanicus Posted May 9, 2015 Posted May 9, 2015 I watched "The kingsmen" yesterday. brilliant, funny, entertaining movie with a lot of great effects and fighting.
roflcopter117 Posted May 9, 2015 Posted May 9, 2015 Forest Gump is another good one. It had a mix of almost everything; comedy, drama, world issues, and a love story on top of it all.
Rorschach666 Posted January 13, 2016 Posted January 13, 2016 recently watched prometheus, the "prequel" to alien. ....pretty good, was positively surprised.
Caffeine Addict Posted January 13, 2016 Posted January 13, 2016 Some I think most already know The Cornetto Trilogy O brother, where art thou? Fargo This one sadly was totally underrated at the b.o. Dredd (2012) And some lesser known: Severance Smokin' Aces Lucky # Slevin
Antrox Posted January 13, 2016 Posted January 13, 2016 Interstellar; one of the best movies I have seen in a very long time.
Chaos63 Posted January 13, 2016 Posted January 13, 2016 Edge of Tomorrow is really damn good, and the combat is amazing. I hope this talk of a sequel doesn't end up being bullshit.
Wicked Loveth Posted January 13, 2016 Posted January 13, 2016 Mmm... I have too many favorites. A few are: The Fifth Element Interview with the Vampire Showgirls The God Father I and II Kama Sutra: A Tale of Love Kung Fu Hustle Girl with the Dragon Tattoo DeathProof Forrest Gump and... Babe
