You've done so much animation that I am already tired to attend.

 

And with animals, or zombies... I do not understand this ...

I don't think many will want to make much bigger scenes the more frames means there is higher chance the animation will ultimately play out of sync Also not sure if the 3dmax scripts has a fast export when using rigs. blender normally don't allow fast export due to bake contrains.

you're right, there's a chance. But there cases where it is not critical

I saw a penis under the guy's foot so your anim will probably work better with normal females.  More is always better anyways.

Draugrs and skeletons use the same skeleton. So it must work with both of them. Falmers have a different one.

Depends on what race you're using.  Use even actor heights in sexlab mcm for better alignment.
