My SIMS woohoo fine. they interact with other sims and i have many animations from many sources. But for some reason my furniture is becoming unstable. My sofa is stuck. i cant move it in edit as it tells me its in use by my male SIm, Tyler. But tyler is not even near it. people can still sit on it but its stuck.!! i cant even delete it! and now my shower is broke. Tyler was having sex with the housemaid in it. his energy got low and he auto stopped and got out and walked off to bed, grumbling. Then the maid got out and went to make a drink. the shower is still running! I cant edit it now either . its stuck in my game and i cant delete it . i cant seem to stop the water running and it again says its in use by the maid. My teen sim was able to get in it and use solo woohoo and i tried it thinking her woohoo might override the shower and stop it. but no Is there a specific place or command i need to fix my furniture please? i fear that piece by piece of my furniture is gonna become broken
Guest Posted April 15, 2015 Posted April 15, 2015 Did you try to use "Moveobjects on" on cheats bar (ctrl+shift+c)? This already happened to me... and still happens all the time... Really the problem is the shower hahaha. Delete it with the activated "moveobjects on" ok

sophiextime Posted April 15, 2015 Posted April 15, 2015 okies...i used the move objects cheat...i can now grab it and move it....but i cant delete or remove it . and i dont know what to do with this faulty sofa. i can buy a new one and put it where the broken one was but what do i do with a sofa and shower that i cant delete?? i cant dump it in the ocean or outside my home grounds because i cant place things. and i dont want to really have a room full of broken discarded furniture building up every time they break . But its nice to at leats be able to move it.

simhead666 Posted April 15, 2015 Posted April 15, 2015 (edited) While in-game, hold down Ctrl+Shift+C to open the console. Type in "testingcheatsenabled true". Hold down Shift and left click on the shower or couch you wish to delete. Select 'Object'. Then select 'Delete It'. Edited April 15, 2015 by simhead666

If you crank out animations as high quality as these you need to do this for a living, hopefully make some decent cash in the process. I'd gladly give some money every month to see many more high quality animations that you make, they are so absolutely worth it.

And i so so agree Sunspotz!!! they are amazaballs!! oh and when are these linger chair animations being added in an update please?!!! i am so excited i have loungers placed all over my home now...looks like a lounger store!!

Very classy The locked objects happen to me all the time, and I also need to resetsim sometimes as they keep doing their little business by themselves when I stop their partner.
simhead666 Posted April 16, 2015 Posted April 16, 2015 You can turn 'testingcheatsenabled' on permanently in the 'Settings' section of NRaas Overwatch.....It's a powerful tool, shift click on the ground or your sims' mailbox to see some of the other options.
