Sufficiently tested in sse version and works well!
but, using ears and tail causes CTD.

That great.  Surprised it works without optimizing the meshes.

I'm guessing the ears/tails crashing the game is caused by HDT since HDTPE is not compatible with SSE.  No worries, Gromilla is converting the ears/tails to SMP.

Download, " 2015Nov22_ElinBodyPresets_and_ConversionTemplates_for_ElinRace1-6.7z ".  It will have BS presets for UNP.

The file is found with the other Elin 2 files.

I'm having a problem with this mod,it hasn't worked for me as it's supposed to work.

With clothes she looks fine but when the clothes are removed  well that happens.

Is there some solution to fix this problem.

Try reinstalling the Elin 2 main mod, sometimes the stretching breasts is related to the skeleton (missing or different) causing HDT to go wonky.  Elin 2 uses it's own modified XPMSE skeleton.

Also, if using a bodyslide built body, make sure the UNP/UUNP preset is the HDT type then transfer the built bs meshes to the Elin 2 folder to overwrite the default body meshes.

i have done that and has overwritten the files,have done the same the last 3 days and still the same.

this was why i said a possible fix,because i think is a problem in the model itself that goes wonkers specially with elin NPC mod if get close then happen what is shown in the first pic

I now noticed you do not have XPMSE installed, try that along with the other mods Groovtama requires when using XPMSE with Enhanced Character Edit.

 

If the problem is not the skeleton then it is very likely HDT-PE because the default configuration (XML) needs to be tweaked to address the stretching bodyparts.  You can try some of the custom HDT-PE configurations uploaded here or Nexus.

Nope sadly i have installed that mod as well i have all the required mods installed including the optional x117 armors reccomended as i said most of it is clean.

Yuniwii mod don't have conflict with anything since even removing the mod won't change anything,enb well default setup that i used just to take pics.

 

Well nothing is a surprise for me since most mods here barelly work at all this is one.

 

Main problem is they try to adapt everything in different folders (unneeded) like core,fixes,patches,plugin and similar,problem with that is vortex nexus and any mod installer works fine with data and the files there and subfolders if needed since most mods are supposed to be activated from the launcher data files option this is why most mods here barelly works.

I use Mod Organizer 2.  Have not used Vortex.  Stopped using NMM years ago when I got tired of it's tendency to poorly deinstall mods completely and properly.

 

My experience with mod bugs is quite few and far between because I use MO2 and run a modest mod list.  The advise I gave you to fix the stretching breasts and ass was from my own experience.

 

I don't use sexlab or sex mods in general.  I can say that if you are getting CTD when starting a game after installing a mod that implements HDT physics, the problem is either HDT and/or issues with memory.  The Elin 2 HDT hairs will crash if you do not have the associated skeletons installed or, again, issues with memory. 

 

If you stand by your unwavering faith in the impeccable reliability of Vortex then all I can advise is to start a new game with only Elin 2 (without installing a separate instance of HDT-PE), XPMSE (with recommended mods for use with ECE), FNIS, and SKSE.  It's recommended to manually install the SKSE scripts directly in the Data > Scripts folder as oppose to using a mod manager.

If you are still experiencing CTD and/or stretching body parts, install any memory fixes that has a better than average success rate and a custom HDT-PE configuration, especially if it's meant to address bugs associated with HDT.

Should you fix the issue, start incrementally adding more mods until you start experiencing bugs again or crashing.  The mod(s) you added prior to the reappearance of problems may be the cause or there is a compatibility issue.

never used vortex or nexus or mod organizer but seems the norm here i just intall everyhthing manually and the finish touch is sort it with loot.

the only mods i use is the elin,x117 elin armors and yuniwii naruto mod sadly the elin has the problem i mentioned and has been the same problem since the old version.

ENB well that has a problem quite known but nobody gives a solution to that one and is the strange minecraft like cloud forming sudenly ,and that problem is present in fallout new vegas,fallout 3,fallout 4 and skyrim.

The reason she looks fine in the pic is because she is using the bandaid armor ( =w=)/

Still to this day.. this is the only female race mod i use. but the colored ears dont really match with hair at all sadly. would it be possible to fix this so the colored part of the ears blend in with the hair while the white furry part stays the same? i could easily do it but it would be better with the original texture psd file

You select Eyelashes in ECE and move the Elin Features slider.

It can change all eyelashes, ears, and tails.

Since Elin race has its own xpmse skeleton, does anyone know how to update it to version 4.61? I've been trying to change to 3bbb body, but if I don't chage the default skeleton the breast don't work properly...

Is your mod still working? I'm trying to port it to SSE, but when I select the race, my game crashes. x_x; I'm not sure if it's a mod I have installed that's stopping it from working. But I've noticed that before the Skyrim update a few days ago, I was able to load the race without the ears/tail (because that would cause a CTD). After the Skyrim update, when I select the race, my game CTD's.

 

Has anyone had any luck porting to SSE? I'd love to use this mod!

In this page alone Acro has provided all the steps necessary for this mod to work mostly on SSE. I'll try and break down the steps more specifically again.

1) Download 2017Jan02_MAIN_TeraElin2_v3.7z but DO NOT INSTALL JUST YET!
2) Open the archive and DELETE SKSE folder, Racecompatibility.esm & RaceCompatibility.bsa inside it.
3) Install the mod using your preferred mod manager (I used NMM). 

4) Do not, I repeat, DO NOT convert the TeraElinRace.esm into SSE compatible (form 44). Just use it as it is out of the box.
5) Download & Install the latest Race Compatibility Fixes files from Nexus (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/2853)
6) Download & Install 2017Jan02_MAIN_OPTION_Adult Scaling_TeraElinRace2_v3.7z from this mod (To make sure that Elin race is using the normal Adult size body scaling).

By now the Elin race should be working, but you still need some beautification improvements for the mod.

1) Download & Install Tera Elin Eyes

2) Download & Install Tera Elin Race 2 - Improved Expressive Facial Animation

 

 

3) Download & Install CBBE 3BBB Advance (READ INSTRUCTIONS ON PAGE!!)

 

4) Search Google for "Elin Texture Pack" and download the texture pack from a Korean page. Install it.

NOTE: As you've already noticed, All of these improvements are provided by Acro748 (including the texture pack on the Korean page, it belongs to Acro748 as well) so Huge Thanks to him!

Unfortunately, my mod is still causing a CTD when the Tera Elin race is selected in character creation.

I'm working on weeding out which mods may be interfering with it. I'm not sure what else to do to get it working.

Nevermind! I got it working! Thank you for your help!

My RaceMenu, XP32 Maximum Skeleton, and Enhanced Character Edit were all out-of-date due to the new Skyrim patch that came out recently.

I followed your instructions yet when I go to change my elin's hair. I get a immediate crash to desktop when trying to choose a hair between 29-59. I don't know what is causing this and to be frank it is really getting frustrating to try and figure out. Papyrus says a elin script etc. but idk if that is the real reason it is crashing.

Have you tried troubleshooting by disabling any hair mod that you have and try choosing the hair again on the elin race during character creation. Sounds like there is some incompatibilities with the hair mods that you are using.

Although, I honestly think that it is more likely a crash would occur while choosing eyelashes since some of the eyelashes have elin ears and tails with buggy mesh. That can be fixed the Acro's latest Elin improvement mod :

I wasn't using any hair mods, that's the thing. I am just going to completely reinstall my game again and from there see if I can install just the elin race and see if it persists. I had his latest mod installed and I kept crashing when choosing hair.

No luck with it. Feels like I am missing something with the crashes for the hair slot. Maybe a missing hair dependency?
