As unfair and ugly these kinds of events are ... its stuff like that which one will remember ... at least about this game. Another little story the commentators can use in future world cups, and Youtube also got new fodder . Just like Zidane's awesome headbutt, so beautifully executed ... the stuff of legend ...

D_ManXX2 Posted June 25, 2014 Posted June 25, 2014 I have reviewed the match and this time in slow motion and i can conclude that allot of stuff was wrong with this match from the start. Italy played really dirty, even Ballotelli could have gotten a red card. But didn't Chelliny made some dirty stuff too like holding calvany and first half pushing calvany to the ground and even though that was penalty it was not given he even gave a few punches with the elbow witch the referee also did not see. All in all Fifa would do best to review the match but this time in slow motion. So even if Suarez gets punished the other side should too.. Btw it always occurs to me that when these stuff happens usually it is a match against Italy. Zidane should not have happened either. But everyone was talking what Zidane did, but no one ever mentioned what Matarazi did to provoke zidane like that, If Matarazi kept his big mouth shut zidane would have never turned around. He did insult his family after all. France was already losing that match but doing that was just low.

What about the other Italian who really got a red card ?? That kick should also get punishment from FIFA even if he did got a red card. If Suarez got a red card he would have also been punished by FIFA afterwards. That was the point i was trying to make. These players are forgetting that Amateur players are watching this and will also mimic these behavior. Good or bad. That is not what football is about. They are suppose to give the right example not the bad things we see here. Like the head butt from Zidane can you imagine i seen this behavior explode in Amateur football after that happened during the World Cup ?? Now i see it more and more happening during normal Football too.
