I'm trying to do the horse quest, but it never started. Thaena talked to me about getting a horse, and gave me the money, but there's no new quest, and even doing "startquest NA_01_GetHorse" does nothing.

Things like that almost always mean that you installed it improperly.

Some trace of some older version remains in your save - you have to get rid of them.

Still nothing. Using "getstage" shows the quest is at 0.00 even after using setstage/startquest.

 

EDIT: Starting the wolf and bear quests through the console works fine, it's only the horse quest that's not behaving right now

First, this is a well developed mod, very unobtrusive compared to other Sexlab questline style mods (Captured Dreams and Sisterhood of Dibella for example).  It has very little to no conflict with other other mods (tested it with 150+ mods running).

 

However i found two bugs (nothing game breaking, one more serious, and one more LOL WTF???).

 

The Private show variant 1 where you have a female client, i got this private show with two spiders and,... well it turned to an infinite loop, for about 45-60 mins after every sex animation, she was stuck on the option "Ready for another round?" option... and while it kept changing randomly for player to do both, player doing one, a foursome. the client doing both, or  the client doing one... it just kept on that same stage... i had to end the quest via the setstage command console.  It might have been the mass amount of mods i was using, causing the event hook to ... well not hook to the next stage.

 

The second one... is the wizard client quest, ... he spawns the draugr for you to gangbang... and welll they vanish and QUEST STAGE COMPLETE... Go talk to Thaena... which was more amusing than eveyrthing else.. poor wizard couldn't deliver... 

 

Now if anyone else doesn't seem to have these two issues,  it maybe just on my own setup.

 

But regardless, good job so far, and considering its only 0.4b version, im hoping to see what you add on in later dates.

Ive notices with the Quests, like the horse quest, you have to not skip through the dialog and just let them talk.... it may not allow you to hook the quest in your log otherwise.

Are hostlers of Whiterun, Solitude and Markarth alive in your game? They are involved in the quest and if at least one of them is dead quest won't start. Just a guess though.

Hmm, that might be it. When I tried to go to Whiterun anyway, I noticed the hostler wasn't there. I had to console teleport him to me, and I have no idea if he was actually dead or not.

If hes son sells horses it means father is dead.

 

You can either try to resurrect him somehow or try to jump to further stage of that quest 20+.

Been playing some more and no major bugs to report, two issues i've found are...

 

When the dude summons 4 draugr the animation doesn't play, i've checked and i do have 4 draugr animation listed on my sexlab toggle animation creatures menu, its not game breaking as it lets you pick the completion dialogue with him straight away as well and he acts like the animation played.

 

With the 8 player party Thaena tells you to ask one of the women guests if they want to take part in an orgy but all of the female quests are able to refuse which means no orgy as the only dialogue option you can pick to progress is the "I'm done... etc" to end the party.

 

Also is Jala from a different faction to all the other NPC's? as I picked up a soul gem (have soul gem oven running) in the animal mansion and she went hostile as it was considered stealing but then every other single NPC in the animal mansion attacked her, i'm guessing she must be essential as they didn't kill her

Yep, it was purely that they were dead. Well...Jervar was definitely dead (probably from death hounds or vampire thralls) ...and naked for some reason. Skulvar probably just fell through the world or something, as a "moveto player" worked for him (after I went into the air a bit).

Ive just finished a solid 24 hour uninterrupted session in skyrim,mainly in the mansion, Im running a pregnancy mod and now Im pregnant with a big belly, thanks to one of the animals lol I think  the wolfs or trolls are responsible not that im complaining  this mod just gets better and better with every update

Had my first CTD, right after I rescued the bear and I have to visit him to "play with him a little bit". When I click on I see you settled in... bang crash. Had no other crashes whatsoever. Well, gonna try setstage to skip this part. Anyone else had this btw?

Any chance of a minor quest later on that goes something like this? Valga (the Falkreath innkeeper that tried to close Thaena down) comes in and confesses that she can't stop thinking about what the player showed her, and apologizes to Thaena for her actions. Thaena decides to accept her apology if she lets the dog fuck her, and perhaps Valga becomes a potential dog client.

Instead of looking for a tame one, you could possibly either steal spider & chaurus eggs, give them to Thaena, grow them and train them. Or somehow incorporate something like estrus Chaurus and incubate them yourself and train the bugs later.

 

One of my private shows was with a woman that wanted to share a Chaurus. She kept going at it, the stage for the quest was stuck at 240 for a while until I used the console to complete the private show.

Have to say, wow.  What a difference from the last version of Animal Mansion I last had.  Tons of new content and rebuilt well.  Aside from a minor hiccup, all is going smoothly.  Very impressed with the variations in content and the mixed up dialog.  I've been enjoying this quite a bit.  Thank you!
