unmarked location near a small forsworn camp and behind you is valthume Nordic burrow.

Oh, Valthume... If that is correct, I probably would've guessed that one, since for some reason I was thinking it was up north somewhere.

Indeed, it's unmarked on the vanilla map.  It's north north-east from Valthume, south east of the Shrine of Dibella. The UESP map has it marked (if you zoom in enough) by the Enchanter's Primer that's found there.  Atlas Map Markers, if I remember correctly, calls it something like Juniper Dwarven Ruins.

Even though it's not marked it does have a name, it's known as the juniper shrine, northwest of valthume and near a little forsworn campsite.
