Inte Posted September 13, 2014 Author Posted September 13, 2014 Once you get past my Master’s creepy smile, guess this location. No hints this time. Robber's Gorge? Yeah, but I had clues all ready to go too ... ah ... This would have been one...
Inte Posted September 13, 2014 Author Posted September 13, 2014 How about this one, though not in the shot there is a well known inn close by.
Content Consumer Posted September 13, 2014 Posted September 13, 2014 How about this one, though not in the shot there is a well known inn close by. Ooh, that's hard. My best first guess is "somewhere in the Reach" The only place where I'm certain that combination of rock wall and that kind of path exist is near Old Hroldan Inn, I'll have to go take a look in-game again.
Content Consumer Posted September 13, 2014 Posted September 13, 2014 Or perhaps this one, maybe too easy? I think that's Broken Fang Cave. Pretty sure that's the name of the cave, anyway. Nostalgia - that was the first place I ever got enslaved to a vampire using Death Alternative, when it first came out. Aah, the good old days.

I got turned into a vampire there, I kept trying to defeat my Master and he kept putting me in my place.

Content Consumer Posted September 13, 2014 Posted September 13, 2014 A harder one? Way easy one. That lumber mill in Falkreath... I think it's called the Half-Moon mill.
Content Consumer Posted September 13, 2014 Posted September 13, 2014 How about an easy one? At the crossroads, near a dragon mound (can't remember the dragon's name, but he is one of the named ones raised by Alduin) facing Fort Sunguard.
Adam Jensen Posted September 13, 2014 Posted September 13, 2014 I have modded my skyrim quite a bit and added a lot of tress and clutter so I hope that doesn't affect the answer. Anyway let's start easy, where is this?

I... I can't believe it ... you got it! Lot of clues... rock wall, with ivy growing on it, trees = reach, and the path was dirt, not stone.

That's Dragonsreach in the distance, and we're next to one of those little streams... is it that little stream sort of between Silent Moons camp and Bleakwind Basin? EDIT: Hang on, that's right AT Bleakwind Basin, yes?

They've got to be trees... but the way they're shaped kind of reminds me of the big rock spires in the Soul Cairn.
Adam Jensen Posted September 13, 2014 Posted September 13, 2014 Yes, indeed you are correct. That's in the whiterun plains. Let's see if I can make one easier:

Sarathis Posted September 13, 2014 Posted September 13, 2014 Could be just outside of Falkreath. I believe they have a covered walk above their north gate as well.

I might have thought Falkreath, but Falkreath doesn't have that distinctive earth bank on the side of the path, with an open area just outside the wall (where the guards set up camp during the main quest).
