Oops. Are you trying to tell me that Mara and Arkay are different deities? But they both have a roundish symbol!! If you insinst that it's a shrine to Arkay then you're right about north of Windhelm.

I... only said to pray to Lady Mara. You can do that on any shrine now, can you?! (damn!) 2 hours ago, Grey Cloud said: It's close to Soljund's Sinkhole. Psalam Posted March 15 Posted March 15 This one may be easy too, let's see: What is in the red oval? The blue rectangle? Hardest, where was I when I took this shot (my Player character, that is)? Spoiler

CaptainJ03 Posted March 15 Posted March 15 53 minutes ago, Psalam said: And, just east of the Atronach Stone. No, you're thinking of this structure (with 3 skeletons) Spoiler Mine's got necromancers and is not east of the Atronach Stone. (Oh, and you've been up at Frostflow Lighthouse. I just freed Phoenix Cavebane from there (Damsels in Distress pt?))

CaptainJ03 Posted March 18 Posted March 18 Something a bit easier this time. A hunter's camp. With a landmark!! (Oh, and please ignore the latex clad girl in the picture, that's just a follower) Spoiler

I admit that I stumble across this from time to time, because my scouting abilities are a laugh. Spoiler

Psalam Posted March 22 Posted March 22 Here is the burning wagon to which I alluded (it's between Knifepoint Ridge and Cracked Tusk Keep, roughly): Spoiler
CaptainJ03 Posted March 22 Posted March 22 2 hours ago, Psalam said: Here is the burning wagon to which I alluded (it's between Knifepoint Ridge and Cracked Tusk Keep, roughly): Ah yes, one of those landmarks I regularly stumble upon, without ever remembering where it actually is... I'd describe it as north-east of the Twilight Sepulcher, and I think the mushroom ring you're referring to is on top of the hill, next to a shrine of Akatosh. The one I've shown is further north (which isn't very helpful in this case, as we're on the southern border of the map...)
Psalam Posted March 24 Posted March 24 Here's one to look at: Spoiler It kind of reminds me of this one (which I finally found): Spoiler

I'd consider the Dwemer structure to be on top, but on the other hand, that's also not the highest point, there's a ridge between the shrine and this tower. Just nitpicking...

Evidently I did not make myself clear. The first sentence described where the pillar, that I had not found in 8 years, was located. That is, it is practically under the fume barrel of Peryite. The second sentence described the location of the dwemer ruins - southwest of the shrine of Peryite. It is certainly not below it.
adoiad Posted April 5 Posted April 5 Probably too easy (you guys are way better with locations than I) but who knows where this stone face/bench combo is located? Spoiler

Not the faintest idea, I'm a surface dweller. Drop me anywhere in Skyrim and in most cases I know where I am just by looking around. Put me in any cave and I have no idea where I am - happens even when I went there myself and continue playing the next day 😕 Just one question: is this location quest locked?
