Lots of this black berry (don't rememer the correct word) bushes there.

There are not enough details to even guesstimate the location.

 

Judging by the shoreline from the minimap, this could be an islet west of Wreck of the Brinehammer, but the scale doesn't quite match up and there  are no Nirrnroot plants growing in this specific spot if your compass orientation is to be believed.

High Hrothgar is not on the very top of the mountain.

Tip: Throat of the World is in this picture as well, but it's not the focus.

It almost looks like it's near the crossroads beside Rorikstead that the bandits ambush you, but it looks a little different and that wouldn't quite be a marked location. At first I thought it might be Shoal's Rest Farm, but again it looks different. 🤔
