I can't start  Threading the needle or An angel in steel through 'setstage', the dialogue that is supposed to start the quest appears, but nothing happens after clicking it, other then the npc saying the line. I managed to get it working another time by accident (through setstage), but I thought it was a permanent fix and didnt save it. Would you happen to know another way, or, the conditions that must be met when using 'setstage' to activate the quest? Anyway, a big thanks in general, for the awesome mod, the dialogue is pretty interesting compared to vanilla skyrim.Perhaps you wont be reading these anymore, that's respectable after 7000 hours of modding. I wrote this just in case, as I'd really like to get it working.

I don't know if anyone else is having this problem, but often after a "Good Time" my mouse keys don't work, i.e. can't fight, block, cast, etc.  A bit embarassing if I forget to save/reload before I get engaged in combat.  Is there a fix for this, please?

During the sex scene did you type tfc in the console?  If so save and restart the game.  This happens because you didn't type tfc again before the scene ended.  You should be able to fight and cast again.  Here's a tip in the sexlab options page you can set the camera to tfc mode automatically, it will return to normal after the act.

Yes, you can make Mod Companions into lovers.  However, you'll need to put in some additional work to make them voiced lovers.

 

 

 

STEP TWO (optional) - Give them a voiced response

 

Now, you need some short WAV files with the custom followers voice responding to the player.

 

How you manage to create those WAV files of the follower's custom voice and what they are saying is up to you.

 

Below are the File Names you will need and what the player is saying.  The WAV file would be the voiced response of the custom follower.

I've been using this mod for good long while now and I gotta ask if there are any plans to include women from either the main questline and/or the Dragonborn DLC. I've been putting those off in case of this and I kinda wanna continue playing it.

 

I don't have any further plans to do quests at this point.  I mean, I wish there were more quests for people to enjoy in the Mod.  I just don't want to have to actually put in the work to create them.

 

I think I mentioned before my Steam Played for the Creation Kit was 7,000 hour or so.  And that was just creating this Mod.  That's a lot of time...

 

Which leads me to this philosophical musing!  Imagine, in your life, spending 7,000 hours on an activity.

 

If you spent 7,000 hours at the gym - you'd be ripped with massive gainzzz.

 

If you spent 7,000 hours writing stories - you might have a published novel or a screenplay movie deal.

 

If you spent 7,000 hours painting - you might have a gallery exhibition.

 

And the list goes on... 

 

For me, 7,000 hours was a Skyrim Mod people generally seem to enjoy. And I'm glad for it!  But, you know, these days I'm looking into spending my next 7,000 life hours on something else.  That seems reasonable.

Is it possible to add the script that enables you to have these romantic dialogues to custom NPCs or any other NPCs & have sex with them. I mean I'm playing with a female and there are only like two male NPCs who have these dialogues. I don't mean that you have to add quests to them or anything like that, only like the dialogue options which makes you able to "seduce" them and have sex with them similarly like in SexLab Romance mod. That would be great, because I really like how this mod handles the dialogue system unlike how Romance mod does it.

You can add them to the faction in console, go "help Faction" look for the AL factions

The authos has retired from modding he sayed that, you can read it above, only think he do is maintenace.

Btw the option is there you only need to add the to the amorous faction and thats it.

At the risk of asking a stupid question, are all the women labeled as lovers considered permanent (repeatable) lovers? Or are some NPCs just one-offs? If the latter, is there an easy way to tell which are which?

I started the questline to cure Mjoll, Sapphire, and Ingun.  But after killing Aerin, Mjoll keeps telling me to get out of here.  I am using the SSE version of AA with Flower Girls SE.  I've done this quest before on the original Skyrim and it worked as it should.  But it's not working properly in SSE.  Is there anyway I can fix her with the console?

Nevermind got it working.  I went to Whiterun waited a few hours and when I returned to Riften her dialogue was back to normal.

I used disable, enable, resetAi,  and move to player. I also used mark for delete plus disable, with place at me, but the dialogue options from amorous adventure are gone.

Don't use "placeatme" on unique, named characters.  You are creating a clone in the character in your game.  Very bad, don't do that.

 

If this is in regards to Ysolda's quest, and you haven't or do not plan to complete the quest, then end the quest.  The stages and quest name is in the walkthrough documentation on the front page.

If the quest is over or never begun... then you have some other issue.  There's a point in Ysolda's Amorous Adventure quest where she will go to her house,  After the quest is over, Amorous has no further effect on whatever Quest has her AI routine.

It helps but, I have to make a decision.

Start a new game, ignore Ysolda, or try and figure out what is causing her to stay stuck in her home, which is gonna be a nightmare since I have 150 mods installed.

I'm using SLEN and it sucks that with random chicks I get SLEN Rank 4 after some bangs, but with AA after a quest I only get rank 1. I found the script responsable for this, is it safe if I change it?

There are several mods out there that let you change the relationship rank easily, I use The Manipulator also allows you to change sexual preference among other things.

Having the strangest issue in the world right now...

Quests are working A-OK, but not the animations. Simply, nothing happens. Console log for SL does not appear at all, implying that AA does not trigger animation start in the first place. Both the archive and the plugin are at the bottom (highest priority). Everything else with SL is working properly.

This is a new character that started a New Game with AA 3.0.4 installed. I've also tried installing AA 3.0.3 of both SL and Fox's Own Brew to no avail. My next ideas would be to...

 

1. Trying a fresh "re-install" of AA as per Fox's instructions/suggestion here.
2. Load an empty mod profile to test for mod or load order conflicts (although AA is definitely given highest priority already).

3. Testing out AA on another character & mod profile I have.

4. Installing OSex and using that version of AA as a workaround.
5. Going back page by page in this thread to try my luck in finding a solution.

Will update on findings.

 

Solved. Re-installing did the trick, I won't question how nor why. Leaving post contents above for posterity.
