I used one of those skins, and when the animation with a wolf appeared, the skin didn't appear, only something that said "error".

There are no animations for that in the default pack. The only player x horse animation that works with the female horse is in the NON Perce Pack in the community packs megathread, and that's only rimming. Also, if you're playing as a male, there are basically no animations for male player x female mob in general.

I think the A/V Protector need a serious buff in it's durability, especially considering what it require item wise to craft. I have to use it when I get inside enclosure I do for mobs (like sheep, cow, etc...) and it barely last 10 seconds before breaking and making it impossible to gather the items.

Edit: Also, please try and reduce the size where mobs can grab you, I sometime get grabbed through fences, and sometime even multiples layers of walls by mob. (Sometime, they also do that when you like 3 block above them, it's extremely annoying.)

You could install What Durability? made by Serilum, it's compatible with NoN's protectors.

Anyone know how to fix this offset that is seen in 3+ actors? I've made sure I properly gave them the proper actor names and checked within the animation's .json code to see if the position is set correctly and it does so I'm not sure how to fix this properly

Hello, I stumbled onto this mod and this mod blew my mind. One of the best minecraft mods in my life 👍 Thank you so much for this wonderful creation. You are best!

But, there's one issue in the mod.
I set my gender as female in NoN settings. I even checked that player's gender is female via F3 debug screen.
But after I die and respawn, male's penis shows up in animations. I can temporarily fix this by reloading my world or just create new world, but if I die again and respawn the same issue happens.

Image 1: penis on female issue does not occur on world creation or reload

 

Image 2: penis on female issue occurs after player respawns

I had the same bug. I "fix" it by running the command "needsofnature gender set <yourid> female"—no need to restart the world.

Pero hay un problema con el mod.
Configuré mi género como femenino en la configuración de NoN. Incluso comprobé que el género del jugador es femenino a través de la pantalla de depuración F3.
Pero después de morir y reaparecer, aparece el pene masculino en las animaciones. Puedo solucionarlo temporalmente recargando mi mundo o creando uno nuevo, pero si muero y reaparezco de nuevo, el problema persiste.

The way I solve it is by reopening the gender settings menu 'h' and changing the gender back to female. If it's already set to female, I keep clicking until it reappears.

Did you apply the move on actor_root skeletoon? If so it won't be read in the game I think.

Until we wait for the complete fix, for anyone interested,

I made a simple datapack that automatically sets player gender female after every respawns. Just dump this into your save (yourworld)/datapacks folder
You can change on_respawn.mcfunction file to set it male or do something else.

Does anyone know how to see player's energy as numbers always? I want to debug player energy but the debug stick can only see other entities but not me.

I discovered that diving into water just reduce my energy very fast. Is this intended? I guess this is because "Energy" is also called "Heat"?
It makes sence, but in survival perspective this reduces energy too easily. Are there any more ways to reduce energy in survival world?
