I suspect that in my case it is again related to the fact that the harasser leaves without answering. We saw this happen right at the beginning - perhaps you remember.

Yeah, this is kind a funny thing. Some dialogue options just hangs like this even if same scenes in different approach type works alright. I mean exact  same scene but one works other hangs. What is even funnier after new game they stopped hanging 🫪

Can I disable that DD keys get stolen in a rape event? Or is some other mod doing that?

Just disable raiders / mutants / gunners and so on in NPC section. Then set cool down after sex and it should be ok

Idk, don't use dd in favor to kft. If there is no option like this on mcm then no. I really don't remember all the settings ,🙂
