Blocked in Britain all adult skins, body mods, everything because of Face ID basically turned Britain in a child only country. It will happen else where if you do not fight back. Nexus now has all adult mods removed. Dumb real dumb cannot use Face ID on a computer only mobile cell phone. Every adult porn you name even sniffs that way is blocked. This is total control of the population. Have yet to see face ID work on my iPhone yet, Face ID is a Scam?. Nobody here wants any kind of ID.

What planet are you on?

This has nothing to do with the new Terms and Conditions - it is result of the UK's Online Safety Act and has been in effect since September.

Nexus has not removed any adult mods - they are hidden unless one provides proof of being 18.

I am a UK citizen and it takes me an extra few clicks to view adult-tagged content on Nexus without age verification.

I for one want some form of ID check to stop minors having access to certain types of content.

Also, the concept of "ownership" in the modding community has always made me laugh. Making a mod for something like Skyrim inherently requires Skyrim to exist. Therefore any mod made for Skyrim is the effective property of Bethesda whether you like it or not. You're using THEIR tools to make a mod for THEIR game and THEIR game only. You can't use a Skyrim mod on Call of Duty or Halo or Overwatch or whatever.

Been saying this for years people saying they have a copyright lol no you don't.  As far Nexus goes they do not own them either if Bethesda wanted to the could sue them for making money of their copyrighted games.

This was from their site last I knew what is says now I don't know nor care.

If You distribute or otherwise make available New Materials [Mods], You automatically grant to Bethesda Softworks {Zenimax} the irrevocable, perpetual, royalty free, sublicensable right and license under all applicable copyrights and intellectual property rights laws to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, perform, display, distribute and otherwise exploit and/or dispose of the New Materials (or any part of the New Materials) in any way Bethesda Softworks, or its respective designee(s), sees fit.

As far as the Nexus goes I only get mods there I do not get caught up in their reindeer games they play in the forums.

You do, actually.

Would never hold up in court years ago when this came about I asked a contract/ patent attorney  about this very subject they had said it would never stand in court. Only way if it was 100 percent stand alone and needed no game or software that they holds a copyright to.  Copyrighting something another holds a copyright to is impossible unless legal authorization is given and you best make sure it is in writing. Your Idea maybe your own but that hold little water when in a court. I have been working in a field where patents and copyrights are part of the business... creative license is not the same as a copyright.

I imagine this legal authorization is given by:

Quote
GAME MODS; OWNERSHIP AND LICENSE TO ZENIMAX
A.	Ownership. As between You and ZeniMax, You are the owner of Your Game Mods and all intellectual property rights therein, subject to the licenses You grant to ZeniMax in this Agreement.

Only there's a small issue. Far from every mod is made in CK. And even those that are can be processed to remove CK's headers from them. If that's what the IP is determined by = yeah, good luck proving CK was used in courts.
