No they aren't fully modeled under their jackets. Just partially modeled. Not sure about the skirt. Haven't seen anyone drop a skirt mod yet. It'll be sooner or later though most likely.

I tried adding the lods and everything broke, I think I'll just copy the detailed model and call it a day. And I see I'd have to change the animations too hahaha. I think I'll pass for now, I don't even like this game. Maybe in a year or so there is a mod that replaces Urbain with Taunie and doesn't break everything else in the process like the one on gamebanana, which I can't even install whithout the game crashing no matter the emulator... sadly I'm not going to be the person to do it. I'll just go back to scarlet and change a couple pokemon models.

Every mod I've tested so far works on Ryujinx Canary (latest ver. 1.3.201) However, so far the nude mods do NOT work with version 1.0.1 + DLC of PLZA. Try that emulator, let us know which mods you're trying to use specifically, then give us your settings.

I'm in version 1.0.0 and I was trying to make my own mod because I can't get the one from gamebanana that changes the rival gender to work (and is VERY bugged). But I just can't.

Quick reply to request a very simple mod:

 

Replace the artwork in the museum with lewd art. Probably best to either have it be semi-artsy or images that look close to in-game.

Still hoping for a partially nude version of her at some point, but a full nude mod never hurts.

usually all characters have a naked (barbie like) model so they can make the clothes easier but they also delete parts that are not seen so they most likely forgot to delete it, well i am also not complaining

What if we replaced them with historical images that feature nudity?
We could have Eve from the Bible in a pokemon game.

Also including screenshots of my ryu canary settings in case you wanna copy them (as these are what I have that work with the mod)

How do I get the models from the game? I went into Ryujinx, did Extract Data > RomFS. In my dump folder it makes 3 folders (arc, audio, and system). I go into TrinityLoader, and do 'Open RomFS Folder', but... what folder do I pick then? I don't see any new 'romfs' folder inside the dump that I did. If I do select that dump folder, and then also select the data.trpfd file in its 'arc' folder, then the resulting Tree View in Trinity is just romfs > avalon, script, system_resource and system. It should have way more than that like ik_chara and ui and such...

If I remove the "arc" folder and rezip it, then add it into trinity mod loader with my other mods, they all work with no issues. 
I even fixed a few texture issues that it had at one point.
Then realized I could give the research lab a bit of Halloween spirit.
Even made a Halloween themed menu.
