Thanks for making the mod, OStim is so much better than SexLab, so at least there are some Creatures working for it.

 

And it's working for me, I just wish people would simply read threads, all the answers are in it.

Load FNIS first , then When you Open Nemisis Next .   UNCHECK ALL Animation tab's - then run the list

Between both OSimpleDefeat and OCreatures, it really feels like these features for Ostim curses anyone who tries to work on them to run into life problems...

 

Still, the author here has done a lot and I really hope someone picks up their work.

Thank you for all the work you've done!
While there is a lot of complainers in the thread, you've done tremendous work and there is still plenty of things to enjoy with this mod as-is. Genuinely not your fault that so many people can't follow instructions and/or want every solution on a silver platter.

This is just a shot in the dark, but has anyone figured out how to convert animations without having to use FNISforModders? It's so damn outdated and clunky.

So sad to see this mod get abandoned, but I wish all the best to the mod author. 
Does this mod work with sexlab to ostim? For example would baka defeat work (or any sexlab dependent mod which has creatures work) with this mod and sexlab to ostim? Or is this mod just a framework?

 My testing showed that it does indeed work with Sexlab to Ostim, however it leads to more crashing.

 

Your mileage may vary. I couldn't get it to consistently work smoothly.

Not working for me. Turned to werewolf but when press arrow key on npc nothing happens. Any solutions? Player werewolf with npc not working.

This mod was really great.

It's true that at first I had trouble but I managed to get it to work perfectly.

You did a great job. You're one of the few modders to try and put creature animations into Ostim.

Anyway, take care and good luck for the future.

Nope, SexLab has been better than Ostim for a long time. Indeed, I did. You still don't know about SexLab.

In sheer scale and fetishes covered, sure. But if you prefer a stable and immersive experience, OStim is far superior.

Many people aren't aware of OStim's alignment bug. If you're starting a new game, make sure to save and then reload your save — this will fix the animation alignment.

I can report some success getting OLycanthrope to work with OCreatures.  I can start a scene via scripted dialog between a male dom NPC Werewolf and the sub PC (in the test case - also Male, but Ostim is set to allow all scenes).  The NPC starts as a man and then is scripted to change into beast form right before the sex starts.  There are a few weird things going on though. 

 

The first bit of weirdness:

 

First the scene starts, and the NPC stands there masturbating, the PC stands there clothed.  In order to activate the controls, I have to first enter automatic mode (Numpad Key 0) and then leave it once the scene has changed to something else.  I am then able to access the scene controls.  I suspect this is because the main idle is the masturbation scene.  It might be better to have a standing static transition scene as the base idle. 

 

The second bit of weirdness:

 

The PC always equips a torch upon scene start.  It can be unequipped once the scene starts by opening the inventory menu.  I have no idea where this behavior is coming from. 

 

The third bit of weirdness:

 

There seems to be an error in the json definitions.  The action type is not what I would expect in the OStim orgasm event for some of these scenes.    Oral sex scenes (such as the 69 laying animation) don't seem to be marked with a blowjob action type, but instead are set as a handjob action.  My OL code makes a distinction here for quest reasons - a handjob orgasm allows the PC to collect semen for a quest, a blowjob orgasm allows the PC to be infected with lycanthropy (they swallow).

 

The fourth bit of weirdness:

 

This is probably an OStim problem more than an OCreatures problem, but since I don't know what kind of changes Drei may have made to OStim to enable OCreatures, I'll mention it here.  It seems that the ostim_thread_end event is not being fired when the OCreatures scene ends.  I catch this event to handle NPC/NPC scenes as well as NPC/PC scenes.  The ostim_sex_end event only fires if the PC is involved.  

 

The last bit of weirdness I found so far:

 

This is definitely an OStim problem but I will report it here for good measure.  The game will crash immediately if you accidentally hit the up arrow mid OCreatures scene to bring up the change furniture menu.  I haven't yet tested this to see if that will happen with a regular human/human scene.

 

In conclusion,

 

Keep up the good work.  I've only worked on two person scenes so far involving a male werewolf.   Does anyone know if there are any SL animations that can be converted, that involve a human male (dom)/a female werewolf (sub) or a werewolf female/a human female (lesbian), or double werewolf (either MM, MF, or FF).  I think I remember seeing the first, but I don't remember who did those, but not any of the others.  Also, I haven't seen anyone doing werebear animations either.  Right now, OL won't trigger OCreatures animations for these conditions or actors.  My next bit of code editing will be the werewolf NPC/NPC dialog initiated code.

What a pleasant surprise, I've been using Olycanthrope in my current load order for my werewolf playthrough, and was wondering if that mod was going to be updated anytime soon. I'd love this... new feature. Is this still in the works?

This mod works perfectly well, (I fixed the only problem I had with the dog/wolf scenes by using an updated version of pandora). I just made a patch of the Ostim NPC mod yesterday, so now I can trigger ostim scenes between creatures and npcs by casting spells on them. I definitely didn't want to install sexlab for several reasons so this mod came at the right time. Thanks again Josuke !
