TBBP VS BBP

I want some jigglyness in my females in-game and have been looking at the options.

 

TBBP seems awesome but the packs I have got my hands on only seem to cover basic movement and not the fighting/onehanded/twohanded anims.

 

Is there a TBBP pack for combat anims or do I have to use BBP anims for those? Also, where would I get my hands on BBP/TBBP combat anims?

 

Also, are there any improved anims for males either? No bouncing required, just something that looks better then the clunky vanilla ones.

It's a little complicated, but I believe the HDT project is able to apply bounce physics to any animation so long as you use a TBBP skeleton.

But it seems to make the butt bounce from the TBBP anims much less pronounced, any way to fix this?

Try disabling (renaming/relocating somewhere) the female skeleton.hkx file maybes. Sometimes having both canned anims and HDT running can cause that sort of thing.

I just tried that :( I didn't notice any difference, no TBBP butt bounce... although the havok is nice when i switch directions suddenly,,,

To put it in broad sort of check list terms, what you need to have jiggle for both butt and boobs is a tbbp compatible skeleton that has the appropriate bones, a body mesh that's weighted in both the boob and butt,  the hdt physics extensions dll paired with a default bbp xml file which determines jiggly behaviour. And often the skeleton.hkx file needs to be taken out of the equation cos it can muck up hdt. In general practice that's all hdt needs to work it's wonders.

 

If you're not getting any butt jiggle at all when naked, it's probably because your body mesh doesn't have butt weighting applied. If you're not getting it when you wear armor it's likewise because the armor mes isn't weighted in the butt. 

 

If when naked it jiggles a little but not a lot, there can be quite a few causes, maybe even the hdt files you're using aren't working well with each other or something weird. But I've found personally that it's usually to do either with the skeleton or with the loose canned animations and behaviour files, remnants of something sticking around and causing issues - that often happens just with bbp. And sometimes the only way to resolve that is to do some clean up work, reinstalls of appropriate mods and files etc. I've even found that reinstalling the skeleton again once any body mods are in situ, then running FINIS resolves many problems.

 

No simple answer, maybe others could chime in too.

you need to check the xml file you got with HDT ?? Some released a xml file with more jiggly in them. the one you got from HDT is just the basic one. you can tweak the xml to make the butt jiggle more, but you need to know what offset to change check main page for hdt to do this manually.

I stay animations at BBP \ TBBP that for me "realistic" from.
there are a lot BBP \ TBBP anim's that I use in my game.
HDT physics is still immature, that you can clearly see in this picture, it looks as if the "woman" two gum balls push upwards.

die HDT-Physik ist noch nicht ausgereift , daß kann man deutlich auf diesem bild sehen , es sieht so aus als würde die "frau" zwei gummibälle nach oben drücken

and what about the people who have no modding experience?  

can not use the "HDT-physics", because it is necessary his body with NifSkope to revise.

I have the xp32 skeleton installed along with a compatible body mesh and the TBBP anims, I ran the FNIS and everything works like a charm. The TBBP butt bounces as I walk.

 

When I put the havok DLL and defaultbbp.xml files in the plugins folder and startup the game the havok is working fine too. The boobs bounce around as I walk and change directions. The butt however is not bouncing. It waggles a little bit if I do an abrupt motion but the walking jiggle that I got from the TBBP is gone. This occurs when I have the skeleton_female.hkx file present, and ALSO when it is taken out.

Also what clothes mesh are you using ?? open the clothes in nifscope and check if they have both breast bones and butt bones. is they are missing butt bones try downloading the one from here who is TBBP with breast butt and belly bones.

No, HDT is superb!

 

You cannot just name anything you cannot use effectively as "garbage".

There are many developer/modder that working on HDT.  It's just rude to name their effort as "garbage".

 

To have HDT effect on Physics is really simple.  Just put the dll and xml file into SKSE/Plugins and that's all.

To have breast collision/hair physics is another subject.  But don't forget that neither BBP/TBBP can do that.  It's new invention that based purely on HDT.

That is also why you shouldn't use Google translator that part is the real garbage. :D

It translates a literate translation instead of making a correct sentence.

 

Making a sentence in the German language is totally different then making it in English. Dutch translation is the exact same thing.

Have you ever thought that modder also are only user.

They are not paid, but do all of this as interest for themselves and for others.

So what is HIS work?

 

Moreover, there is in for HPT also mods that you just installed and must not go on.

If you do not want to do without animations on BBP / TBBP, then let the skeleton_female.hkx enabled.

If you're happy with the results - ok.

If not, rename it at simple example in skeleton_female_hdt.hkx and then take a look at the result.

 

Are you not satisfied with HDT do you need to delete the DLL.

But as long as you do not have anything even tested with HDT, such posts are not required.

but when I read the "huge manuals" with a translator, then I understand only train station (nothing)! would have to use the HDT before you install other mods (SKSE). and again huge manuals. by SKSE I have my game wrecked it was 59 GB in size, it was to bring a huge work everything in order. why is everything so complicated and why do I need a mod for others?

aber wenn ich die "riesigen anleitungen" mit einem übersetzer lese , dann verstehe ich nur bahnhof ( nichts ) ! um die HDT zu nutzen müßte man vorher noch andere mods installieren ( SKSE ) . und wieder riesen anleitungen . durch SKSE habe ich mein spiel geschrottet es war 59 GB groß , es war eine riesen arbeit alles in ordnung zu bringen . warum ist alles so kompliziert und warum brauche ich für einen mod noch andere ?

SKSE is actually almost standard.

Important for SKSE is: You have to Skyrim with the skse_loader.exe start.

For some people it is advisable that skse_loader.exe to start with administrator rights.

Well, if you think that SKSE is for illegal copy of Skyrim - You're wrong.

 

SKSE is an extension for Skyrim and has nothing to do with legal or not.  You just use its loader to enable SKSE feature, the loader will start SKSE while continue to load Skyrim's TESV.

Right on. SKSE will work with both Steam or pirated copies. It doesn't matter which. You just HAVE to start it with the SKSE Launcher is all.

 

I don't even have the vanilla Skyrim launcher on my desktop, but instead put the SKSE launcher there and add the Skyrim game icon to it. NMM and MO both have options to launch SKSE from their management programs as well.

 

When you launch from SKSE you'll see a small prompt box/window open for a split second. That's one way to tell if it's working. You'll also have both .ess and .skse files in your game save folder if it's working properly.
