It has almost thirty plugin dependencies, including to obscure LE mods like the 2018 version of Jabr's TES Legendary Cities series which I'm a big fan of, and many custom armors. Actually, xEdit surprised me there that it was even possible to strip all that "ballast" from the mod and remove the masters without breaking it. I have a merged version which is a compulsory inclusion in all my games +1 also, on the hope for a bit more variety in the costumes, please, if that's possible. Taki17 Posted February 16, 2025 Author Posted February 16, 2025 (edited) If there is anyone else using Dynamic Feminine Female Modesty Animations alongside this mod like me, maybe you'll like this, becasue here's a little something I've whipped up so the slaves will properly (not) cover themselves based on what they are wearing! 😊 NoModesty4Eyecandy.7z Dresses and catsuits count as full cover, chasity belts and harnesses count as bottom cover and chastity bras count as top cover. And by default, ponies never cover themselves and maids and slaves only cover themselves if they are seen naked - you can change that in the DISTR file by (un)commenting the lines as you feel like. I used the factions mainly to have finer control who is allowed to use which idle marker. Didn't even consider that this would (of course) also affect the dialogue. Some of the smaller places like Ivarstead originally had "visiting" slave NPCs that patrolled between places, but those all got removed because their schedule included locations from the extra dependencies that the mod originally had. And I completely forgot about Morthal and the Orc strongholds. But I gotta admit, it's probably that about this mod that has me this fascinated with it, like none of these slaves have elaborate stories they explicitly tell you, it's just that they are around... to be pretty?... and one can just stop, think or theorize why exactly does Adrianne Avenicci have a girl locked in fully chastity gear, working in her smithy? Let's see. I wouldn't blame you for that. You could spare yourself a lot of headache and time, plus you could go full-on with DDNG that's got even more goodies, if you are so inclined... Also, a suggestion: consider making the male version a plugin that depends on the regular females only version, that way you don't need to maintain full parity over multiple versions, just have it override the base version's appropriate records when needed? I hadn't even thought of that even though I've been working with overrides A LOT over the years to adapt other mods to my personal preferences. I wasn't thinking it's a hair issue per se. The clipping indicates a facegeom issue. I was thinking more along the lines of its facegen mesh not being exported correctly, or a body weighting issue, or that it was relabeled from male to female without proper adjustments. My guess at the moment is that I entirely forgot to update that NPC's face settings after changing her race. I'll redo her face in the CK and that should take of it, whatever the exact reason might be.

They reference the scripts attached to the magic effects on the hobble dresses on this mod, however there is no script present in the archive for them. I don't know if they are leftovers or the scripts themselves are missing?

Taki17 Posted February 25, 2025 Author Posted February 25, 2025 I've noticed that some of the newly added bedrolls for the slaves have some clipping or are in suboptimal places, so instead of listing all of them, I just adjusted them the best I could, here they are in this plugin, you can merge them as you see fit: DeviousEyecandyPlacementPatch.esp Every change is just a minor placement or rotation adjustment, except for these: Dawnstar Jarl's house: moved it out of the way Riverwood Gerdur's house: moved it out of the way Markarth inn: moved it out the level geometry Markarth treasury house: moved it out of the way Snow-Shod farm: moved them out of the way Windhelm: moved it from the alley to under the nearest house's roof Windhelm Candlehearth hall: moved it to the kitchen Winterhold archmage's: moved it inside the archmage's room alternatively, you could make her sleep with the archmage in his bed, that'd be fitting! ☺️ Winterhold college: moved to apprentice quarters from the arcanaeum library (also changed in their AI packages) And two unrelated things I've noticed as well: Thonar's and Thongvar's slaves don't have AI packages, they just stand around. Should they maybe follow their masters? Thongvar is a misspelling, the character is called Thongvor

I'll merge those revised bedroll positions when I finally get around to work on the mod again -- I must confess that I've been kicking this down the road for the past few weeks. @DTESSurvivor To be honest, I can't think of a simple way to check if the player is enslaved or not while still keeping this mod as simple as possible.
Taki17 Posted March 5, 2025 Author Posted March 5, 2025 (edited) 2 hours ago, El_Duderino said: a simple way to check if the player is enslaved or not while still keeping this mod as simple as possible Maybe not for "enslaved", but you can do a simple enough check for "restrained" instead: either check if the player has the "zad_Lockable" keyword on her - this is the quickest and simplest, and just means the player is wearing some sort of restraint (may not be immersive because the slaves will "see through" the player's clothes to notice her chastity belt or things like that) or check if the player has the "zad_deviousHeavyBondage" or the "zad_deviousGag" keywords on her - wearing arm bindings or a gag pretty much guarantees that the player is visibly restrained, so if the slaves see that, you can assume they'd think the player is one of them (this ofc will trigger for less kind of restraints) Edited March 5, 2025 by Taki17

Maybe making the dialogue even more generic could work better (something like "sorry, I'm not allowed to speak to strangers")? In any case, addressing this is definitely on my list.

I'll re-enable the generic dialogue as you recommended and I'll remove them from the TownX faction to hopefully reduce how often they can get chosen as radiant targets or quest givers.
El_Duderino Posted March 25, 2025 Posted March 25, 2025 New Update! Sadly, I could only update the ESP version of the mod. I couldn't get the .esl version to work. Any time I rebuilt it as .esl it caused the game to crash on startup. Not sure where I went wrong as it worked with the previous version. If you can't afford an .esp slot, I'm afraid you're stuck with the previous .esl version for now. I've left it in the downloads section. Changes in the new .esp version (1.2): Added door keys to slaves that live/work in locked private areas. Added CR04 and CR08Exlusion factions to all slaves to prevent them getting picked up by the Companions radiant quests. Removed "Town" factions from slaves that had them, to hopefully reduce the frequency they get picked as radiant quest targets. Made the slaves available for normal dialogue. Added all slaves to the zadDisableDialogue faction. Fixed the "follow" packages so that the slaves now actually follow their owners (Thonar, Khajiit caravans, etc.) 1

It’ll help keep consistency across future updates. Compressing after record deletions aren’t safe since records may take different record spaces when compressed if their environment changes. Edit: btw, the Ambience plugin bundled with my Licenses mod, which adds ambient dialogue to NPCs, also adds dialogue to your NPCs due to my flexible conditions.
