duckiej Posted February 5, 2014 Posted February 5, 2014 look at this, when chaurus comes out in the plans! http://da-moment.ldblog.jp/archives/36273351.html That... is amazing.
Kynavere Posted February 6, 2014 Posted February 6, 2014 4 - I didn't really need inspiration as to what would capture the player, as pretty much anything has the potential for a good encounter. What I need are ideas for what would happen WHILE you're being held, or escape scenarios and consequences (read as: what happens if you manage to escape, possible debuffs and effects, possible follow-up encounter). If you want to know what I mean, play "Death Alternative: Your Money or your Life", get captured by the forsworn, and tell me just how entertaining the following cage scene is. Nothing happens, it's either "lockpick your way out", or "wait for your rescue". That's what I want to avoid. (and BTW I love that mod, I use it in my more RP-oriented playthroughs, but a situation like the cage scene is not something I want) It's excellent to hear that you know of Death Alternative already. That was going to be my first piece of advice, but you beat me to the punch. But since you asked for ideas post-capture....ask and you shall receive... Mechanically speaking, concentrate on designing Rube Goldberg Machines. Skyrim has plenty of activators and environmental objects like the hanging fire pots over oil that can be set off to cause effects. By working backwards, you can create a simple chain of events to allow a player to escape if they observe their surroundings and take advantage of everyday items. For example, a player might need to disrupt an arcane ritual to avoid becoming a sacrifice to some obscene daedra. In order to manage that, they need to take one of the soul gems used to bind the creature. To accomplish that, their hands and feet must be free. To cut their bonds, they need a knife, like the convenient sacrificial blade nearby. But to get the knife, they need to tip over the bowl that's holding it. Think of each scenario like an adventure game, with an end goal and the series of steps necessary to accomplish that goal. As for thematic ideas.... The Falmer's Formula The player awakens in a fetid cavern, the scent of alchemical slime thick in the air. Across the cavern, they see human captives copulating frantically with falmer captives, but the moans of ecstasy from the human and mer mouths are nothing akin to fear. A falmer shaman scuttles up to the dragonborn, pressing a crude bowl of noxious brew to her lips. As the rank ichor runs down her throat, a warmth runs from her lips to her groin, and her vision grows hazy. Before her eyes, the twisted falmer appear to change shape, transforming into beautiful men and women (based on preference) reaching eagerly for her touch. But the potion wears off quickly, and the shaman hobbles away in disgust to brew a stronger batch. The next time, her mind won't resist so easily... On the Forsworn Altar The moonlit night is filled with roaring drums and feral cries. The Forsworn ritual is a frenzy of wild magic and howling song, thrusting bodies and dancing feet. The beat rises and a captive is pushed towards the center, where a fowl hagraven hungrily sniffs the air. Before the dragonborn's eyes, the fell witch drinks the girl's very essence, swallowing her beauty and youth with fowl magic. As the once-young crone collapses, the hagraven howls in triumph and her forsworn servants moan in primal ecstasy. Soon, very soon, our heroine may be next... Dwemer Discipline The steam centurion tosses the defeated dragonborn into the clockwork prison, yet her torment has barely begun. Strapped to a cold stone slab, she feels the chilling touch of metal fingers divesting her of garments and gear, followed by the odd sensation of a metal device latched onto her most intimate regions. A hum of power surges through her, pulsating waves of mind-numbing pleasure. She barely notices as the machine breaks down around her, the ancient machinery crumbling from neglect. Staggering down the hall, she can barely keep her feet as the infernal device clamped firmly to her hips randomly fires, forcing her to her knees in a quivering heap. If the sentinels find her before she can be free of this thing, she's not sure she can fight it much longer... A Touch of Necromance The dragonborn's eyes open groggily, and the day simply does not get better. The dark robes of the victorious necromancers rustle in the fell wind as their chanting calls out to the void. Ghostly figures shimmer in the air, fading in and out of sight, their dark eyes longing for the taste of mortality. As our heroine squirms on the altar (so many altars), ghosts materialize with tender caresses, licking gently at her soul. But the ritual is fragile, and if she can just wriggle a hand free, the soul gems thrumming at each cardinal direction may just be the key to freedom... Draugr and Dust The crypt howls with the restless damned. The injured dragonborn cringes on the floor, dropped like a sack of farm goods in the deepest bower of the tomb. Groans of mortalkind fill the air, and she raises her head to see fellow adventurers held down around the cabin. In one corner, the undead wrap their struggling captive in funeral linens. In another, a moaning form is lowered into a casket, the stone slab sealing shut over the pleading form. The undead shuffle about with methodical precision, and the busy gleam of their undead eyes as they scan the nearby embalming tools sends a shiver of dread down our heroine's spine. Still, with so many stray sharp objects strewn about... Having a Friend For Dinner Well, at least it's not an altar. The dragonborn squirms on the thick wooden table as the vampire throng raises their blood-soaked glasses in merriment. The undead party is going splendidly for one and all, except the morsels laid bare on the oak furnishings. The sudden prick of twin pains catches our heroine by surprise as one of the guests sinks her fangs into the soft neck, lapping decadently at the sweet vitae. As the vampire finishes her appetizer, the weakened dragonborn collapses back on the table, her vitality drained and resolve diminished, replaced by a cold yearning she can't quite explain. If she cannot escape soon, she may never want to leave... I hope something in these ramblings may be of some use to you. This mod has lots of potential, and you seem to have exactly the right kind of attitude to make the best of it. Good luck!
konker420 Posted February 6, 2014 Posted February 6, 2014 I don't know how far along development is, mainly because there are alot of pages to this thread, but I had a few ideas on getting captured by the certian factions. Are you still needing any ideas?

Think of each scenario like an adventure game, with an end goal and the series of steps necessary to accomplish that goal. Brillant! I only thought about the restraints themselves, but making things that dynamic would definitely make the experience that much better! But the potion wears off quickly, and the shaman hobbles away in disgust to brew a stronger batch. The next time, her mind won't resist so easily... I had been looking for an interresting falmer encounter, and this sure as hell beats being a chaurus breeding slave. I'll probably use a lot of that idea. As the once-young crone collapses, the hagraven howls in triumph and her forsworn servants moan in primal ecstasy. Soon, very soon, our heroine may be next... See, this is actually pretty similar to what I wanted to do with the skeletons: they'd capture you, and then take your body as their own, leaving you as a frail skeleton yourself. I don't know how much better it would be with hagravens though, I'll definitely have to weight these options Dwemer Discipline The steam centurion tosses the defeated dragonborn into the clockwork prison, yet her torment has barely begun. Strapped to a cold stone slab, she feels the chilling touch of metal fingers divesting her of garments and gear, followed by the odd sensation of a metal device latched onto her most intimate regions. Staggering down the hall, she can barely keep her feet as the infernal device clamped firmly to her hips randomly fires, forcing her to her knees in a quivering heap. If the sentinels find her before she can be free of this thing, she's not sure she can fight it much longer... Basically, this is similar to to what Devious Devices does with chastity belts, only this time it's a pleasure belt, and she's captured... I like the idea, but I don't think I'd make a whole encounter on just that. Might be a part of it though A Touch of Necromance The dragonborn's eyes open groggily, and the day simply does not get better. The dark robes of the victorious necromancers rustle in the fell wind as their chanting calls out to the void. Ghostly figures shimmer in the air, fading in and out of sight, their dark eyes longing for the taste of mortality. But the ritual is fragile, and if she can just wriggle a hand free, the soul gems thrumming at each cardinal direction may just be the key to freedom... Hmmm... this has a lot of potential, I might even use that for the big 1.00 encounter, if you ever get to the necromancer in the second basement. This looks a lot like what I already had planned for the draugr. Glad to see we think alike Having a Friend For Dinner Well, at least it's not an altar. The dragonborn squirms on the thick wooden table as the vampire throng raises their blood-soaked glasses in merriment. The undead party is going splendidly for one and all, except the morsels laid bare on the oak furnishings. As the vampire finishes her appetizer, the weakened dragonborn collapses back on the table, her vitality drained and resolve diminished, replaced by a cold yearning she can't quite explain. If she cannot escape soon, she may never want to leave... Becoming a vampire's thrall, heh? Might just be a part of what I'll do, maybe for the initial scene or something. I'm pretty sure you had Castle Volkihar in mind when you wrote that. I hope something in these ramblings may be of some use to you. This mod has lots of potential, and you seem to have exactly the right kind of attitude to make the best of it. Good luck! Thanks for all of there, I really can't thank you enough. While I did plan on making this mod for myself, I'd never even have made it to doing anything in the CK were it not from suggestions. Also, I think you have an eye for literature, judging by how well you can communicate a scene's ambiance through words. That's something I just CAN'T do I don't know how far along development is, mainly because there are alot of pages to this thread, but I had a few ideas on getting captured by the certian factions. Are you still needing any ideas? Oh, you don't need to ask, just tell them outright. And this reminds me, I'll update the OP to show that it's on hold for now (don't worry, I have NOT given up on this, it's just a few personal matters I need to settle before working on this again) As for progress, well I was working on the meat of the spider encounter, but I still had a lot of stuff to do. I'll release one encounter at a time, with the occasionnal patch/update if it is needed Also, suggestions are always a good thing, because even if they don't get picked for the mod, it might inspire another user to make it into his own. EDIT: now added my answers to Kynavere's post
xboronx Posted February 7, 2014 Posted February 7, 2014 I second that, very nice writing Kynavere. Having some new wicked ideas. The romans had decimation as punishment for severe failure. With their emancipated armies this could be nicely modified with a sexual twist. If an imperial unit fails their commander might chose to decimate it. One fifth of the unit is selected, if possible equally distributed among men and women. Every second of them will get executed, their last chance is to prove their willpower. They will have to please each other in pairs in 69 position, whoever orgasms first has weaker willpower and gets executed. With the 69 position it doesn't matter if there is no equal gender distribution, you can make male/male or female/female pairs too. The lucky survivors should get some additional punishment for a while before they are fully rehabilitated. If a man gets executed his cock will be cut off and the survivor of the pair will be gagged with the cut off cock. Furthermore the survivors will stay bound a few days and transferred to an elite unit which may abuse them as they desire for those few days. A loaded slave carriage would also be interesting. The carriage would be packed with slaves, and as a cruel method to quell any uprising thoughts a few unlucky slaves will get executed during the transport: They will be tied to the wheels of the carriage to break on the wheel. Maybe it is possible without too much hassle to replace the wheels from the carriage with the torture wheels animations from ZaZ animation pack, this would be a really cruel slave carriage then. The carriage driver(s) would very often stop and pause and the poor slaves in the carriage would obediently please them, because the drivers would just have to say: "If you don't obey or i'm not pleased by your performance you'll be the next one on the wheel".

Well, I'm not outright saying no to all of that, but to me it doesn't sound very fitting the the kind of encounter I want to create, especially considering the work load it would bring, for something not even related to capture, but instead incompetence (and honestly, how do you measure a unit failing in Skyrim? it's always either victory or death) On the other hand though,I think this mght be a great extension for SD, you should contact Skyrimll with that idea.

Yeah, that's a problem, the idea would be better for a mount&blade like game with giant armies. Incompetence and capture are related though, if you get captured is it usually the result of your own incompetence . Measuring success or failure could be done via quests, maybe using something like that tundra defense mod. Or you are simply accused despite innocent via corrupt officers. Poor Skyrimll has already such a huge workload that i would feel bad spamming him with suggestions . Well, the same for you, but this thread is still not in the downloads subforum and sharing new ideas is enjoyable . My current main worry with Skyrim is that it is imho still somewhat lacking really cruel rape/slavery/despair mods which don't lead to automatic death but where death is a challenge to avoid. Fallout New Vegas is harsher there, first there is the radiation (you can somewhat replace this with frostfall), second there is sexout wear&tear and third some slavery scenarios are nicely harsh, sewer slave, legion slave etc.. But overall Skyrim is nontheless already quite a bit better, and there are many nice mods where Fallout is lacking.

Measuring success or failure could be done via quests, maybe using something like that tundra defense mod. Or you are simply accused despite innocent via corrupt officers. See that's the thing: corrupt officers mean that you'll get the encounter no matter how good you are: they just want you to suffer, or whatever they want, they'll find any excuse. I believe this sort of ambiance goes a lot better with the stalker theme, where no matter what you do, they'll manage to have their way with you... unless you find a way to neutralize them, of course. Poor Skyrimll has already such a huge workload that i would feel bad spamming him with suggestions . Well, the same for you, but this thread is still not in the downloads subforum and sharing new ideas is enjoyable . Don'T ever feel bad for giving me suggestions. This is what literally made this mod possible, so even if I refuse one, it doesn't mean I don't want you to keep giving some. Well I think I'll have captured this rather well with the spider encounter when I'm over with it, and I plan to make every encounter have at least one path that can kill you. AT LEAST one.

AT LEAST one. Very nice. Because this is really what Skyrim seems to be lacking currently. Also in the same direction and maybe even more interesting is that while you may resist for a while it should be nearly futile in some situations forcing you to cooperate and really carefully plan your escape. This actually sounds a bit too pessimistic, i am having lots of fun with all the great Skyrim mods, but my concern is just that there is not enough danger or story currently. Overall XaZ Prison overhaul is the most cruel mod i'd say, but there you always know that after some days it is over.
gaggedgirl123 Posted February 8, 2014 Author Posted February 8, 2014 Yeah well, I'm using the time-out to also reconsider the web restraint mechanic. I'm still hesitating between making struggling out of it a viable option
konker420 Posted February 8, 2014 Posted February 8, 2014 I am not a modder so I have know idea how hard things are to script and integrate but I am sure it's not easy. I know for like spiders and trolls there are really good areas already in skyrim that would be, what I think, good choices. In Shore Stone you have to clear out the mine of spiders. Would it be difficult to take out one of the vanilla spiders and just put one in with a million health. Something that would be so difficult to beat the only way to kill it is with a console command. When it finally beats you down to a certain health you "black out from the poison" load screen and your now in a spider den. Their queen is dead and you are now in line to be the next queen. Labyrinthan is already crawling with trolls. Your sent to investigate the disappearance of local woman, a caravan, or and influential persons daughter or something. You meet a crazy woman who claims to be the troll queen and informs you that your the newest edition to the clan. There is a real convenient bunch of bandits right outside of whiterun. They already have a trigger after lock picking the chest that summons 3 more bandits on top of the three that are already there. Could they have their fun with the Dovakin and then sell you to your doppleganger? Instead of the long rp walk to your dopplegangers house you are just fast traveled to anise's cabin where Anise and your dopple lock you in the basement, torment you and tell you every once and a while how your reputation thru out Skyrim is deteriorating thanks to these two. As far as gods go, Sanguine is played out. Not in a bad way its just, that's already been covered. However, what about Molag Bal? Daedric Prince of domination and enslavement says it all. Instead of getting his mace at the end of the quest line you are enslaved by Molag and sent to Oblivian. There you must service the daedric lord and his minions. That' s really all I got for now. As far as escapes go for these scenarios I haz no clu. My imagination only goes so far lol. Like I said before, I know nothing about making mods. I don't know if its easier to integrate scripts into pre-existing vanilla content or if its easier to just make a whole new area and NPC's. Kynavere has alot of GREAT ideas. Bravo sir! As for you gaggedgirl123 and all the other modders out there. THANK YOU! You have taken games I would have otherwise stopped playing a year ago or better and breathed whole new life in them. From dungeon mods, to companion mods, new quest, and yes sexlab. You have made Skyrim and New Vegas exciting to play again! Keep up the great work. I know its alot of hard and alot of long hours, but all of us really appreciate all the work you put into this. GG bro GG!
gaggedgirl123 Posted February 8, 2014 Author Posted February 8, 2014 I am not a modder so I have know idea how hard things are to script and integrate but I am sure it's not easy. I know for like spiders and trolls there are really good areas already in skyrim that would be, what I think, good choices. Don't worry about that, sometimes "blind" suggestions are the best ones, as they are not hindered by technicalities In Shore Stone you have to clear out the mine of spiders. Well the spider "initiations" are already finished, so that scenario will probably have to be put aside. Besides, I'd like to integrate it as seamlessly as possible into the vanilla game, without altering its balance too much. An almost unkillable spider would pretty much break that. On the other hand, besides the "brood mother" thing, I'd really love to turn the player into some sort of spider queen, or spider hybrid, which would of course trigger reactions, and probably hostility, from civilized people. I don't just want to turn them into a spider though, so unless I find a spider-hybrid race somewhere, drider or not, it's not happenning Labyrinthan is already crawling with trolls. Your sent to investigate the disappearance of local woman, a caravan, or and influential persons daughter or something. You meet a crazy woman who claims to be the troll queen and informs you that your the newest edition to the clan. You know, being forced into a troll clan would actually be an interresting story. I'd have to find a way to make it a "capture" scenario though. Lots of potential there though. There is a real convenient bunch of bandits right outside of whiterun. I like the idea, I actually think that would be a much better idea than what I had planned for the doppleganger. I'd just need to change the trigger... like I said earlier, I want to keep compatibility with SD, so combat triggers will be kept to a minimum. I really want to do something with Molag Bal, but how the whole thing starts will be the biggest factor. I don't wanna mess with vanilla quests, but there has to be a way... Maybe a bunvh of dremore show up and ask you to submit? What do you think? I'm not even sure about that myself That' s really all I got for now. Bravo sir! Well it's easier to modify content that's already there, sure, but it's also what leads to the most conflicts. This is why I try to stay away from vanilla content as much as possible. GG bro GG! Honestly, I was starting to grow tired of Skyrim before I decided to mod it myself. The idea of HID was really to add some peril to capture situations, and where SD does an excellent job of turning you into a sex slave, I aim for more of a prisonner/hostage/victim feel, despite having SOME encounters rely on sex a bit more. I honestly wish I can get a new computer soon, to start working on it again. I already found a job, now I just need to spare some cash. And you people making suggestions and giving feedback are just as important as modders. Without you, most of us would have given up a while ago
xboronx Posted February 8, 2014 Posted February 8, 2014 Yeah well, I'm using the time-out to also reconsider the web restraint mechanic. I'm still hesitating between making struggling out of it a viable option Probably struggling out shouldn't be an option, because as soon as you begin to struggle the spiders would notice and just secure you tighter or also inject nerve poison. Very cool for a quest could be if you use Vaermina's Torpor in one encounter as escape mechanism. I liked the dreamworld in the waking nightmare quest in vanilla.
gaggedgirl123 Posted February 8, 2014 Author Posted February 8, 2014 See that's the exact part I don't get, and it's been made in Submit: the very reason to bind someone is to restrict movement, if you have to watch over them to make sure they don't escape, then just don't bind them! I believe in a periodic check of the web's condition, but being poisonned as soon as you try to move is a bit too much. Kind of like the rape train every time you try to get free in Submit, I hate it, you have no idea how much I hate it

Kind of like the rape train every time you try to get free in Submit, I hate it, you have no idea how much I hate it The rape train in submit can get annoying, very true. With my spider suggestion i just used natures spiders as archetype, when they capture another insect in their net they immediately start to web it into an inescapeable binding. So only strong insects like wasps or bees have some chance to escape before the spider secures them more. But since the spiders are creatures without too much intelligence they are a bad example. Imho you forget one point about binding someone if done by intelligent beeings: It is difficult to bind someone so tough that he has no chance to escape. But this is still better than leaving him completely unbound. And the player character is strong, so if you would leave him unbound he would be a dangerous foe for a common bandit in unarmored combat, even more so when using magic. So to imprison a hero you should bind him and guard him, but even then it is no 100% guarantee, but better than only binding or guarding him. Otherwise you would have to go the total psycho route, if you cut off your victims arms and feet, leaving only a torso, then they can't escape. But this would go too far for my taste.
bleeb Posted February 8, 2014 Posted February 8, 2014 See that's the exact part I don't get, and it's been made in Submit: the very reason to bind someone is to restrict movement, if you have to watch over them to make sure they don't escape, then just don't bind them! I believe in a periodic check of the web's condition, but being poisonned as soon as you try to move is a bit too much. But this would go too far for my taste. been a while since I checked the forum, but it looks like there's some good ideas here since then. I do agree, and like boron's points here, it all makes a lot of sense. and it's quite realistic to boot (nice suggestions here) also yeah, cutting them up guro-style like you mentioned, especially with Medieval-esque tools found in Skyrim would be fatal anyway, if they didn't bleed out during the process, they'd likely get infected and die, so yeah.. that's not really an option. also far beyond my tastes too
gaggedgirl123 Posted February 9, 2014 Author Posted February 9, 2014 Actually, there is a very easy way to bind someone so they can't escape: use some solid rope, hogtie them, then bind the elbows together tight enough that the shoulder almost dislocates. Then, put a hood on their face to blind them. This is mostly unescapable. But yeah, I get your point, and I'll probably add something like a periodic check. A slight struggle isn't that bad though.
xboronx Posted February 9, 2014 Posted February 9, 2014 Imho the topic is very interesting in general. You could also use iron or steel tools, escaping those is near impossible too. But even in RL there are escape artists, and this is fiction where our hero(ine) has the hero bonus. And then there is magic. So the escape mechanism discussion should be beneficial for the whole mod hopefully, no matter which options you chose it would be a nice bonus if they are coherent. Most important, what does the lore say to casting magic? Do you need your hands free or be able to speak, or can you also cast through sheer willpower? If the latter then your captors would have to do something to avoid that you can cast magic, draining your magicka reserves somehow. And there is the Thu'um, so you should always get gagged. But making the escape interesting and not only a game of luck against a random number generator is also important. I think it would be a hell to script everything, so passages with text based narration where you pick options might be a solution. Ideally you could try to learn the daily routines of your captors and gather as much info as you can before trying to escape, but this would be a hell to script i think. Commandos/Metal Gear Solid like stealth sneaking would be interesting if it would be possible though. But i fear the Skyrim AI is too dumb for that and it is too difficult to script.
gaggedgirl123 Posted February 9, 2014 Author Posted February 9, 2014 See, that's the big dilemma here... well, I have 3 things to balance against each other: Story VS Gameplay VS the ressources I have access to. The escape mechanics are really somthing I want to focus on, and make unique. So no, a luck-based thing will NOT do. I'd like to be able to do as much environment-interraction as possible, but that also limits other option, so finding a balance will be a different fight for every encounter. As far as thu'um goes, I'd like the PC to be gagged as often as possible. For magic, I'll have to do some reading of the lore, getting to know if "silence" is just a cheap name, or if it does what it says on the tin
dje34 Posted February 9, 2014 Posted February 9, 2014 Your mod sounds promising ! Hope you will get back to work soon so we can test it and give feedback ! Looking forward to it !

A slight struggle isn't that bad though. by 'slight struggle' you mean a 'squirm' then lol. yeah that sounds good, struggling motions of varying intensities. the periodic check makes a lot of sense too. also, with the inescapable binding, you missed a key part; binding up their hands, like "tape mittens" or something, when their fingers are restrained they can't grab knots and try to pull them loose, or wield objects to cut themselves free at all. with this, you wouldn't even necessarily need to do a hogtie.dunno if pulling their arms back hard enough to almost injure the shoulders would add anything significant to it though, since the sheer fact of the wrists being bound to the ankles already makes it hard to move about. and a simple blindfold and gag could also work, in place of the bagged head, but that's interchangeable. though I think the blindfold might be a better choice, seeing as it'd be tighter, and tied in a knot behind their head, harder to get off. whereas the bag is a lot bigger, and they could shake it, or maybe even rip it off, using something in the environment though. but you do have a point, certain ties are quite inescapable. the sheer addition of something that denies them the use of their hands/fingers means they can't manipulate anything. that's a HUGE factor most forget about in bondage lol.
Cliffyqq Posted February 11, 2014 Posted February 11, 2014 Not sure if anyone's said this suggestion (only read to page 5) but if you don't want it to conflict with SD and Defeat/submit mods for trolls or other large dangerous beasts you can have a Beast scholar trying to study or safari type guy trying to hunt said beast. They request the aid of your PC and what happens next is probably obvious. Something goes wrong, your companion is raped and/or eaten and since the beast has had it leaves you alone for the time being (after raping or mauling the player?). The quest options after that will be try to sneak away from the beast (maybe you're injured and not bound because its more immersive with creatures) or attempt to kill it or just sit there and see what the creature wants with you. For example attempting to kill it if you fail you get mauled even closer to death to the point where you can no longer move and you await your fate. Waiting could result in either adventurers coming in and killing the beast and finding you in your injured state. Or adventurers come in and get killed/captured too.

Waiting could result in either adventurers coming in and killing the beast and finding you in your injured state. Or adventurers come in and get killed/captured too. That's an interesting idea, for the heavily injured part of it (like say if the beast chose instead not to rape you but to take a big hunk out of you instead, or possibly raped you then nommed on you) you could add in a crawling animation or some sort of slower moving animation that forces you to move at a slower pace due to your grievous injuries. There's also the idea that after say a troll mauled you it carried you back to its cave or wherever and threw you in a heap of dead people (possibly with another injured person that through the quest you could help escape) and you need to figure out some way to get them out of there as well. Another Idea as well: -To go further with the troll idea, cause why not, perhaps the troll inhabits the cave with other trolls. Sometimes I see trolls in groups of two and three, and a couple of other trolls decide to use your body as a sex object and you can use that to distract the trolls so the other captive can escape, and he brings reinforcements who save you just as the trolls tire of you and decide it's better to eat you.
Pwishy Posted February 11, 2014 Posted February 11, 2014 4 - I didn't really need inspiration as to what would capture the player, as pretty much anything has the potential for a good encounter. Good luck! You are quite the wordsmith!

Very nice idea. This would make generally a nice escape mechanism, the reinforcements are not always enough, but they manage to free you. You are still very weakened and can't fight well, so sometimes the reinforcements are killed by your captors, and you have to try to use this brief disruption to sneak away. Another option that could sometimes happen would be that the reinforcements are a band of mercenaries, and if they barely manage to rescue you but lose half of their party they might be so mad that they rape you afterwards and sell you into slavery to at least cover the expenses.
