Hi, for UBE you need the UBE head, you wont use the "add project" instead go to the import then import nif, go to the UBE folder in my mod install, and find the UBE female head there, then you transfer the weights as in the video, and usually is that only, you wont need to edit the xml too since UBE does not change the head names in game.

The lips on the character in the first image do have physics enabled, but their positioning is messed up and they fail to wrap around the penis. The physics on the second image work perfectly normally. I performed the exact same steps for both, yet the results are different. Could you tell me why this happens, and how I can fix the misaligned lip issue seen in the first image?

Hi, the fist one might have a "already" edited head, thus with diferen vertex order, so the transfer might not work in that case, you would need to compare visually the weights from that head to the default smp head, see if they look the same in both... unfortunately if that is the case, fixing would be a little complicated.

Thanks for the reply, I managed to transfer the values to the faces of the UBE NPCs following the instructions and it still doesn't work, but it works on the player, I'm trying to figure out what the problem might be. Thanks for the help anyway.

Hmmm, maybe you forgot to add the "nistring for the XML" inside the NPC heads? usually you dont need to edit the XML, but the nistring needs to be there.

I followed this step, and in this case, the head I edited also has a different name than the standard UBE, so I also edited the XML. I tested it on other UBE followers as well, without success.

What "UBE Head from J_Gon" are you reffering to? I can't make a transfer from ube head to cotr - they have different verticles count and shape. I tried to copy to cotr only new bones from UBE SMP, then i did some weights edits, and overall smp physics on cotr head works fine, BUT i have weird artifacts on cotr head - there are buggy stretches, weird shadings, you can see mouth through head. Something breaks when i copy bones from UBE head to COTR head. There is something i have to do in outfit stuido, but i have no idea what. Can some one help???

Strange, looks all correct  to me, maybe the  head is not being loaded....

Hmm you would need to normalize the weights and edit the wrong color parts, no easy if not familiar or never did something similar.

Before i my own version to UBE, jgon did a port to UBE, althoug now with this one you should just use this one insted doing the same, the easy way is the transfer for a same head, if not a same head, like you saying cotr you WILL need to manualy fiz bunch of parts on the mouth since outfit studio is good, but cant make miracles with weight copying.

Hi, well this is with other mods like sex lab, or PPA if you are using, try editing the expressions in PPA expression sistem, and if you are using my PPA preset you need to edit that one, not the default, this is normal.... a preset wont be good for everything out there, and your char might have way above normal edited sliders for the sculpt, so adjusting it to your char is normal.

I'm a complete novice at this, can you at least roughly tell me which preset or file name I need to edit. I use PPA and SL. Thanks for the help)

I'm definitely a beginner when it comes to model editing, but if there are editing tutorials, I'd be more than happy to learn. I was wondering if you have time to produce a conversion tutorial? Of course, if it's too much trouble, I guess I'll just have to give up on it with regret.

Hey there, I want to know what's going on here, my character has an overlapping teeth mesh for some reason when this mod is picked on the facepart. Any idea why? I cant seem to find the cause, no mods overwrite the SMP Head.

Would it be possible to have multiple xml config files for the head so you can create 'patches' for follower mods that way? Rather than need to insert them all into the xml manually.

Also, what would be the process to enable collisions with a Futa cock? I just tried with my Futa Character and there's no collision with the mouth, but if I change to male it works fine so I know the problem is the addon.

But when I thought the problem was that I need to copy the nif entry pointing to the xml I noticed it's already there.

So now I'm wondering if maybe I need to add that part I put in a new xml in the MaleGenitals.xml in stead. I'll try that. 

EDIT: That finally worked. Adding the names of the meshes tri shapes into the xml did the job. Maybe someone already did put a patch for this somewhere and I just missed it :'D

Another question, sorry. But as I'm trying to build facial expressions I was wondering about what PPA_TH1 etc is. I don't see it doing anything. One thing I noticed is that your mod points to some Actors\Character\FaceGenMorphs\Morphs\PPA\PPA_HPH.tri which I don't have. Where do I get these files?

Getting a bit of clipping at the bottom when doing detailed expressions with PPA. Basically if the mouth is opening/closing it will briefly interfere with the SMP. Might need to adjust my margins again to mitigate this. Was worse at first, but I adjusted it a bit. 

PS: I still need to use console to smp reset for follower :D

ALSO, I really just wanted to share these gifs with you because MY MAN. You've blessed this community with such an amazing mod.

Hi, for PPA you need to press F1 in game to use its SKSE menu, in there you in need to got in the expressions tab, and then select my config in the top, then scroll down and you see another drop down option, opening it has a all the expression and slider used, but then it is try and erro with all of them ignoring the TH ones, since that is for the throat bulge, you should look also in to PPA wiki to get more info.

Hi, no idea why thats a new one, probably anothe mod adding some teeth or so is breaking ube.

Unfortunately even with a video it  can be diferent in your side, you would need to know the weight sistem or how to see and edit the problems that pop up when copying it from the SMP head to a diferent shape  (, i would say try looking up for outfit conversion videos, with smp stuff, that is "the same" but diferent stil because of the mouth shape and hole in it.

Hi, glad you got the mod working! awesome stuff!!! the TH1/2/3 sliders are for PPA expression system, since i did the SMP throat but it is kind of "hit or miss" with animations or so, i more or less made it less active lately, but now with PPA i did literaly sliders to make the thoat bulge so SMP throat is more a failsafe, but the sliders are the "MAIN" now, if you install that using the fomod option, so you probably didnt pick it in the fomod i believe?

Looking good! but that jiggle looks too much, maybe you have Variable FPS (too much or too low)? try seetting FSMP mcm menu to the "quality" preset, assuming you have 60fps lock (60fps real not FG), SMP is FPS sensitve, low fps looks "loose" higher fps (Above 60fps) will not work as intended.

Has anyone managed already to have a full replacer for vanilla NPCs with this mod 'baked in'? I would be grateful if one would share/upload it.

 

What's the procedure of making an NPC replacement with HPH together with this mod from scratch, btw? I know there is 'transfer video', but what if I want to make an NPC with more or less vanilla look, but with this mod supported?
