Oh noes it just dropped out of the hot files again, why the heck is "Skyrim Immersive Main Menu Replacer" getting a spot. It's a mod that just takes Brumbeck's spinning sykrim logo and slaps someone elses screenshot on to replace the black default background. That's like, a 5-10 minute's of effort into making that mod. Anyway, hopefully when some of the weekly mod reviews come out at the end of this week/start of next week they will review and then people will click on the links and the magic will continue. You could always try asking some popular mod reviewers to give it a go if it isn't featured by anyone by Monday. Unlikely imo as it was in the hotfiles for 2 days and will probably return once the nexus figures out that the immersive menu replacer doesn't have permission or credits for the files used

Just wanna drop by and say thanks for the mod, I had quite some fun playing through the quest. Probably the most entertaining quest mods I have played in skyrim so far, some lines from the girls made me burst out laughing during the play. Oh, not to mention the voice acting! Wish all skyrim mods that needed female voices had this kind of quality!

 

Damn good job, man, will be waiting for part 2 of the mod!

We should have a final version out sometime after Christmas when I get home. Work has already begun on my end for Part 2 and I will go full bore when i get back to triple high def 50'' monitors and a internet connection that doesn't make me relive my everquest days. I miss Boo too. Baldurs Gate 1 & 2 and Planescape had some of the best intra-party dialog ever. That's part of what makes Dragon Break such a great mod. Party banter makes characters seem much more part of the world.

Interesting NPCs does a great job of this as well. Other mods feature custom companions with limited interactions with vanilla NPCs, but there's only so much you can do re-using vanilla dialog.

Can't wait to see where DB with Infinity Engine.

It was always Minsc's dialog that made Boo work. Without the banter, I don't need another pet. 

There were a few BGII mods that gave Minsc Boo as a familiar he could summon in combat. I never much cared for them. 

I did make the Boomerang Battle Baby mod for BGII, so that Aerie could use her baby as a weapon. I based it off of the returning dagger, gave it her baby's icon, and had it play the sound of the baby crying every time she threw it.

I may have been the only person who used that in play.
