There are multiple cloth-type gags in this mod.  However to access them you need to use either the in game console to find them, or a mod like Add Item menu or Simple Item Spawner to access them.  They do not appear naturally in game or in crafting tables with just this mod.

I have the item spawner mod but I can't find these items, do you know their names (hook nose etc)?

If you are using Simple Item Spawner, all of the above are found in kxtguliexdd.esp

I have installed both of the files, build the meshes in OS, installed PD, DDNG and both VSU and DAV, but for some reason the simple item spawner does not read the mod. Any help? What am i missing?

得那我开门见山一下dd的那个esp我这边似乎是跟dd冲突了导致已启动esp就会闪退，然后就是没办法从aim那找到模组物品

I noticed that this was content from two weeks ago, so is this issue still present? If it is common, I would consider uploading a new version in advance, at the cost of having very few new items added.

um...It has no conflict with DD at all, on the contrary, DD is its predecessor project. idkw

I haven't read through all of this so forgive me if this is redundant but if I keep armor top on with sexlab for this mod that means that armor top will always be on with sexlab right? Also, 90 essential nutrients and eliminate the 12 bad foods as far as chemical imbalance that should take  care of it. Pharmaceuticals are just a trap.

I think so, because if you use ddex, it uses dd scripts.

hello ...whanted to note that the hands are decolored and kinda big... i have used bodyslide to make the meshes...but i am missing something?
