IcicleInn Posted December 11, 2024 Posted December 11, 2024 Alright did a little bit more testing! Fun with White Witch stuff right now... I managed to get White Witch to work. sort of. To get it to transform properly, it needs to have the following DAV code: "Vindictus_WhiteWitch byXing.esp|804": "KXT-GuliExtensions.esp|811", as that ties to the armor piece "Whitewitch_inner" which is the correct slot 32 matching with the KFT-xing-witch clothing piece for the shibari setup. This however, seems to run me into a couple of problems: The armor piece that would normally actually correspond to clothing is the "Whitewitch_outer" which the set matches instead to slot 46, which is traditionally the "cloak" slot. This means the "chest" piece will not be replaced by the DAV function when it swaps to the shibari form, which isn't in and of itself a problem, though most stripping scripts also don't pull the cloak off by default. The alternative is keeping the Xing esp tied to 814, but adding a Slot 46 on the KFT-Xing-witch, in which case it can replace correctly. The current weird issue that I have is that even if I tie the DAV code correctly tied to whitewitch_inner, when I do the Shibari swap it looks like this: Spoiler If I am wearing a full set, the long gloves remain there and I get an extra set of phantom arms! Other than not wearing the gloves, not sure what an easy fix is as DAV seems to simply just change the appearance, not override other equipped slots. You can see an extra piece under the whitewitch_shawl too, which occupies slot 54. I'll have to take a test run into a bandit camp to see how PD handles it, but that's what I have right now.

Like I'm missing the textures for 'rat' but not those for Sangria (as I had that installed already), which brings me back to, even before 0.99 I noticed missing textures for kurea and shimakaze, despite having installed all the listed requirements. Perhaps you could take a minute and check the dependencies list and update where needed? I would greatly appreciate that. (Not ruling out that it is mentioned somewhere in this support thread ... but I'm to lazy to read through the whole thing and searching through the thread didn't really help. For the record, the Kurea missing textures are because it uses both CAE and Elle textures. But given that it's got the 'please ignore this right now' note on the kurea-assembly outfit it's probably a guli practice piece or experiment... I think the CAE textures were also removed on .98 though. Couldn't say for Shimakaze though because that should be 100% Caenarvon textures. I didn't test it on .98 and now it's time for me to give .99 a shot 1

The new sets are looking pretty good too, I'll have to dig around to see if there's any outfit that would be good to request... KFT-CAE-rat: DAV code works. Outfit looks good. neck has some minor clipping at low character weights KFT-CAE-sangria: DAV code works. Outfit looks good. KFT-CAE-mage: appears in the bodyslide files just fine, but I can't find the actual outfit in-game. KFT-ELLE-shinobi: DAV code works. Outfit looks good. I also tested the Miallmi adventurer set, and even though they don't have any dav code, the VSU settings worked. Old Stuff: KFT-xing-witch: Still doesn't work correctly with DAV. Did not get a chance to try it with VSU yet. Assorted bugs: KFT-analplug DD has weird behavior when worn with any restraint (tested DD Rope armbinder, all Guli ropes, 2 random guli clothes tied, and guli leather mittens and metal restraints. The plug moves and clips through the front of the character if any of the arm tying items are equipped. Edit ^^^ Above bug is not consistent, got the gear set on a different playthrough and did not replicate the issue, then the next time around it happened again. Not sure what's causing it. Armor I'm using is Adventurer Scout. I checked the IDs in the VSU ini / xEdit and it all looks fine. Any idea what I'm missing? Is there some setting in SL which can force the undressing?

Try going to Sexlab > Timers & Stripping > View > Aggressive Timers & Stripping and make sure the armor slots aren't checked

But it shouldn't matter, as this stripping setting isn't used, looking at the papyrus code of Practical Defeat. I can only assume that I have some other mod present which does it.

But I also usually click the "strip item editor" to "never strip" rather than selecting the slot under "Timers and Stripping"

Because my version of the body has two slots, 32 and 33, you need to remove all items related to hand movements (such as gloves) from the original clothing in order to display them properly (not just the White Witch, but also other clothes with gloves)

Well, I will check the DD script later and modify it again in ESP.
