I seems to be something with when morphs change, the body updating is causing a drag (even if the morph isn't actually changing).

Had me disable Body morphs in the Skee64 ini. With that disabled all lag disappeared. So I am narrowing it down to having something to do with the body and body morphs in general. here is what my MO2 currently looks like. game all runs smooth until your scanner runs while body morphs are turned on. thinking maybe it has something to do with collisions or the process in which I built my body. Just for sanity sake, I open outfit studio selected 3BBB built the body and morphs and batch built all the clothing. Just want to make sure that hasn't changed since I last modded. I switched back to basic Sexlab framework as not all the mods I want to use are supported by P+. I have run the test of your mod without anything but your mod and 3bb installed and same results. So it has to be the body. I am going to copy your body installation and see. You have CBBE loaded after 3ba? then the physics. I will get back to you once I get a chance to rework my mod list to more closely match yours when it comes to the body. Spoiler

I also disabled v-sync and g-sync. that wasn't it. reinstalled Skyrim base game files just incase it was a file I wasn't modifying in MO2. wasn't it. "Dibela blesses you and fills your body with nut" Old Whorecrux did this but then got removed, so it would be cool to have a mod with it back

Dibella, Sanguine, and Mehrunes Dagon are currently the most chatty by far, but all of them have at least blessing start and pre-birth messages. Edit: The inflation is from my mod. Incidentally, the mod's script is a bit heavy, too. There's some slight lag when the eggs are forming. It's not significant, but the game does stutter sometimes. Maybe it's just me, even though my PC was built in 2023. And it was built for gaming. It would be nice if the OviPosition effect only activated upon infection. If that's even possible.

Ostim I can't detect creature types yet so it's random and all sex can curse can make all sex spread the curses like a rabid std.

Not using Ostim no, just sexlab, and i do haev all sex can curse, did i misunderstand how that works? from my understanding with that ticked then all sex can cause curses and without it then no sex can cause curses?
